Pay put the rear for a 12 peice chicken fries and 12 peice mozzarella fries, and they can only goce 1 sauce pack? Lol I get this everywhere all the time. 1 for a 4, 2 for an 8, and 3 for 12 peice. Everywhere else. So I go in and ask flr more, and they with attitude give me 1 more lol really? Is it friggen gold?

I ordered in app when I got there they couldn't find it kept saying it wasn't placed, then after some arguing they miraculously found it. After I got home realized that the meal didn't have drink(already paid for!) Did not get dipping sauce for cini minis or ketchup and napkins (asked for in app) plus the hamburger patty was burnt. The fries looked like they belonged in a kids meal(I could count the amount on 2hands with fingers left over) needless to say I was too far to go back. I was so angry when I tried to call them (2×) they would not answer the phone. I will NOT go back and I'm deleting app. If you order from there check your order before you drive off!!!

The most extremely disappointing experience I had at this Burger King location involving an employee named Madison. I had paid for extra sauces with my order, and when I politely asked for them, she appeared visibly irritated. To make matters worse, my 16-piece nugget was missing from the order, so I went inside to have it corrected. I stood at the counter for approximately 5–7 minutes without any acknowledgment, even after saying “excuse me.” Instead of assisting me, Madison responded that she was “busy tending to actual customers,” which was both disrespectful and unprofessional. While I was quietly speaking to my husband about how rude the interaction had been, she then escalated the situation further by saying, “we can keep running our mouth.” When I spoke to the assistant manager, Claudia, she attempted to excuse Madison’s behavior by saying she was the only one taking orders and was already having a “really bad day.” While I can understand that fast-paced environments can be stressful, that does not justify rudeness or hostility toward paying customers simply trying to receive what they ordered. This level of service was completely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope this issue is addressed appropriately so that no other customers are treated this way.
This was the nastiest fried chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. The lady at the drive thru was very pleasant though.

Waited in the drive - thru lane for 30 MINUTES. At first, I gave them grace because I thought it could be a difficult customer. Nope, it was the service. EACH car had an excruciating long wait for what is supposed to be “fast-food”. Management needs to address this.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup, no pickles, and a fry through the app. Was told to pull up past the window even though I was the only car in the line. Received my food after a few minutes. Didn’t think to check the food before I got home. Took a bite of my burger and what do you know, there are TWO GIANT PICKLES AND A PUDDLE OF KETCHUP on my burger. I guess we just give whatever we want to the customers now. Y’all probably didn’t even bother looking past the item name. Do better.

We had horrible service here. After the long wait. We paid drove up and checked the bags. We found that half our order had not been filled . They are very unprofessional. Also went here the other morning it was an hour past opening and the lobby was sill locked

Waited in the drive though for 10 minutes, no one answered the speaker or came ti the window. Employees were inside but no one would answer the phone when I called or come to the window when I pulled up….. Burger King must not be 24 hours like advertised, or the employees are lazy.
