Most inefficient drive thru/ mobile pick up I have ever experienced. Stuck, make that trapped, in line because the drive is completely walled in. Once in line they have you as a captive for the 25 mins it will take to inch through. Never again

Chick-fil-A in Mount Pleasant, Texas, is an absolute gem! The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food is always fresh and mouth-wateringly delicious – you've got to try their classic chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Plus, the restaurant is spotless and has a great vibe for hanging out with family and friends. It's the perfect spot for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, and their dedication to top-notch customer service really makes them stand out!
OK so my kids and I love this place not just food. There is a woman who works the inside who remembers us. Make us feel like so welcome waits on us. Sweetest woman I swear.

My wife and I were traveling to Arlington, Texas and it was getting late. We wanted a quick but healthy meal. We decided on Chick-fil-A as it was coming up at the next exit. We had never had the salads at Chick-fil-A and I suggested that we try the Spicy Southwest Salad. I ordered mine with Crispy Chicken and Spicy Southwest Dressing and she had Grilled Spicy Chicken with Avocado Lime Dressing. Both salads were quickly prepared and brought to our table. Dylan and Isia, Cashiers were OUTSTANDING! They definitely know customer service and are examples of what everyone else should be doing! Moreover, all of the staff at the location was very pleasant and it is a rather busy location. Dylan and Isia made for a great dining experience coupled with a great and fast meal!
This Chick-Fil-A was so friendly! Even more so than the normal that comes to all chick-fil-a service. We were passing through to visit family in Dallas and Lametria took such great care of us. So inviting and kind. Highly recommend stopping if need a nice atmosphere and they do have a playground if you were wondering. Also bathrooms were in perfect shape.
I enjoy this restaurant but it's always packed with alot of people. Best service is when you pre-order ahead of time, to help out the traffic and have faster service. Overall food is quality and they are trying to better their drive-thru. I have not dinned-in so I will reserve my opinion until I do.
They are incredibly kind at this place. They go above and beyond for customers and the community.

I love me some Chick-fil-A! The spicy chicken deluxe is my favorite! People at this location are great! The speed and efficiency I have grow accustom to at other locations is not there. Also, mobile ordering, what is the point of they are not going to start your order till you arrive?(All chick-fil-a's)
