Ordered a kid's meal which ended up not having a toy or a straw for the drink. By the time you drive away, you don't want to have to wait in any of the lines again so we went without. Attention to detail is lacking. Kids get disappointed.

I won a gift card for a chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets. I asked if I could get spicy chicken instead of reg. The person on the mic had no idea how yo answer my question, so I had to pull around and show them my gift card. Because it said chickensandwich, they wouldn't let me change it to spicy, so I had to pay for the sandwich. Since when does spicy chi Ken cost more than reg chicken?

If I could give ten stars to Ethan and his coworkers, I would. My husband and I were at this location as we were traveling back home to Dallas TX. We stopped here late at night after the 10 hours of our 12 hour drive and we were greeted with all smiles which means a lot when you are tired and hungry. Ethan took our order and helped us with our app where we had redeamed mulitple rewards and was entirely patient. We stepped aside and continued to witness the patience of this team. There was a customer creating a very difficult order for the ChickfilA team. The customer was demanding and returning multiple salads because they did not have a type of chicken he stated he had formerly had at that location. He wanted the chicken shredded which as a ChickfilA fanatic, I do not even think has ever been on a menu. The team remained so professional throughout the rude customer's demands and flippant attitude. I am proud of these kids and the owner and manager should be very proud of them too as their professionalism is unmatched.
