Absolutely love this establishment. The franchise owner is super nice. My littles love the playground. Always love chic fil a however the absolute best thing about it is ms beautiful! She absolutely makes the visit enjoyable. She’s so sweet and the littles absolutely love her!Kid-friendliness: Small inside playground for the kids to run off some energy.
Friday, Apr 26, 2024. My family was caught in a line of severe storms on our drive through Texas to Arkansas. My daughter had to use the bathroom and was hungry, so my wife took her in while there was a break in the rain. While they were inside, a torrential downpour started up. The man behind the counter told them stay as long as they needed but my wife and daughter wanted to get back to the car where our 2 sons and I were waiting. Another employee saw my daughter was nervous so she gave her a bag to put over her head. Of course they both ran to the car and were still soaked, but I can’t thank the employees working there around 5:30pm enough times for doing their best to make my daughter feel safe. Going the extra mile isn’t recognized enough these days, so THANK YOU STAFF!!

Love the team and atmosphere. This was my 1st time dining in and It was an awesome experience. Congratulations to the staff that received scholarship awards during the time we were there. That was inspirational, my 12 year old now plans to apply for child-fil-a when she is of age and looks at the staff as a big influence! Thanks again!
As always, Chick-fil-A never disappoints. We're so happy to have this new location open in Mt Pleasant!!!One constructive comment: the drive thru vs parking spaces lanes need to be better marked. We sat for at least seven minutes trying to leave our parking spot because car after car were making a second drive thru lane where it was not marked to be the second drive thru yet.
