Was able to get a table but never did get any service. as I was leaving tried to explain to the host at the door and he just smiled and laughed.

My wife and I came in during the height of lunch time, around 12:30 on a Saturday. Parking lot was pretty empty, that should have been the first clue. First thing we noticed when we walked in was the restaurant did not smell good, like someone had thrown up and was just cleaned. We were seated and our drink orders were taken like normal. Then 15 minutes go by and our waitress was nowhere to be found. We decided to leave as the wait was too long.

Just had one of the best experiences at Chili’s thanks to our server, Aubrey! 🙌 She was super attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and was incredibly respectful the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her job and her customers. Aubrey deserves a raise! 💯 Big shoutout to Jessica, too, for being such a great manager. She personally recommended a drink and even made it herself! Thanks for being such a strong role model to your team. 👏
