Was told I couldn’t order through the drive thru, so I went and inside and waited for 10 minutes for no one to acknowledge me so I left. Worst customer service from any dominos
Ordered for lunch and got wrong food, 2 hours later still no food and refund was not given. Driver said it was not his problem, manager was clueless and admitted it, and staff didn't know what they're doing. Going to use pizza hut next time, won't be back.

My family generally eat at this restaurant atleast once every two weeks. In the past it was hit or miss weather the order was going to be correct or not. Since they went through a management and some staffing changes there has been no problems. The food has been perfect and delicious every time. Highly recommend.
Traveling thru Mt Pleasant Tx. Checked in to hotel. Called Dominos connected to a crappy automation system Stated we were not in delivery area. (2 miles away per google) on hold for 30 minutes & was never was able to speak to someone! Hung up called Pizza Hut They delivered in 20 minutes. The best pizza. Lots of toppings & hot. Dominos shouldn’t be in business. Very disappointing.
