I love when I pay EXTRA for EXTRA cheese on the pizzas and the pizzas are received missing lots of cheese all together.The order took 15 minutes longer than the 20-30 minute window. I checked in 10 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. Waited forever. Finally started to check online and it said my order had been completed but I had no pizza. Another 6 minutes later it comes rolling out.

While thier food I always pretty good their customer service is not and attitude suck twice now I have ordered delivery and they didn't bring my dipping sauces that I have paid for and last night when my food came my lava cakes were smoothed and broke as if someone just grabbed them by their hand and did it on purpose. And when I called, they said that's how they come like he'll. That is my favorite thing from there, and they are not like that when I get them. I know how it can be in that industry, but come one check. If u don't like your job, then find one you do, but don't make excuses for poor food handling and / or whatever it was that caused this to happen. I don't live far from them either. I'm still in town so I know the drive shouldn't have done that to them.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this store, but its efficiency and quality have improved drastically over the last few weeks or so. I am a frequent customer, and am VERY happy to see a store that is obviously cared for and managed to a degree that allows for top execution in all aspects. I am excited for the future of this store, and will be sharing my experiences with everyone I know. Keep up the good work!

Great job to the mount pleasant dominos! I never was a fan but I am now! That man jack was the best part great customer service top tier pizza !
Gotten food from here 3 times now the 3rd time given the wrong order came back to motel went back and having one them days already and the gentleman let me keep the order I brought back vary kind of him.Parking: Has a drive thru window vary small only saw two car the 2nd and 3rd time

Can't tell you what the pizza would have been like. I never got an order taken. AFTER the stupid automated system had a problem with my order, I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for someone--ANYONE--to answer while listening to the "an associate will be with you shortly" ad bit OVER AND OVER AND OVER. NO ONE ever answered. It wasn't even a busy period--started the original call at about 3:20/3:30pm. Guess Dominos loss will be Little Caesar's gain.
