Took about 10 mins for anybody to even acknowledge us waiting to be seated, despite literally standing at the counter and being the only ones waiting for most of that time. Took about 40 mins to get our food. Waitress hardly checked in on us. My son tried to get her attention 4 times before he was able to ask for extra gravy at which point his food was cold. Food was okay tasting depending on what each person in our party got but my son found hair in his food 5 different times throughout the meal. Definitely not $53 worth of food or service. We’d be better off going to a steakhouse next time.

Not much teamwork. People yelling, at one another. Only a couple of people really trying to make the decision to take initiative. I sat for 35 minutes for a burger, and one of the waitress was running out food. She was nice. Tiny but mighty. I walked outside and decided to leave.
We order from here 2 or 3 times a week and they CANNOT get it together. No hash browns means no hash browns. 9 times out of 10 they don't put in the salsa for the omelette or the correct condiments. The only thing they get right is they make sure there's plenty of syrup. 🤦♀️🤷♀️

Was a very slow Tuesday night. Service was good. Our order came out quickly and was, over all, good as well. The hashbrowns were a little over cooked, but okay. Faith R was our hostess, server and cashier. Very pleasant and kept a smile, even when a 6 top came in. The location is not the best due to the rework on the hwy. It is worth the stop if you are in the area.
