Just passing thru the area the campground recommended this joint as it is a short walk. I took that stroll and am so happy I did. The staff treated me like an old friend and the space is clean and welcoming. I had the two meat plate with ribs and pulled pork. Plus fries and some crazy good Brussels sprouts. What a fabulous meal. Prices were fair too. Thanks folks.
We randomly decided to stop at JoJack’s for lunch on our way back to Tennessee. It was the right decision! Everything was absolutely delicious. We had ribs, potato salad, baked beans, and brussel sprouts. Every single item was so good!
The customer base may need to get a real taste of BBQ at another establishment. This may be the only way they know BBQ. As a retired Chef, BBQ judge, this was not a great place to eat. You don't get enough meat,per serving. They ran out of pork at 4:30... Their famous ," fried pies," Apple only, was very greasy, not a bargain at 7.50$ each...
