Laura’s Cheesecake is a wonderful place to stop and eat. The food is outstanding! The staff and owner, Suzanne, went out of their way to welcome us. Customers also talk and are so friendly. On one of our Saturday travels, we decided to take a jeep ride to Mt. Pleasant. We were looking for a place to eat, and Laura's Cheesecake was one of our options. The first place we went had great reviews, but they didn't have dine in. We decided that wasn't the place for us as we were from out of town and wanted a place to sit and rest.We went to Laura's Cheesecake and ordered a brisket and pimento cheese sandwich. Instead of each one getting something different, we all opted for the same sandwich. We did, however, get different cheesecakes.Located in an old building, Laura's is great for large and small groups.

Absolutely adorable aesthetic with AMAZING cheesecake!!We had the lemon blueberry & I truly believe I could’ve eaten an entire pie by myself!! It was light and airy but rich with just the perfect amount of sweetness. You’ll get it if you try it!

The complimentary small biscuits was very much appreciated.I’ve been to other breakfast places in bigger fancy cities and this is on par. Except they charge small town fees :-)Highly recommended.
