The chocolate shakes and frappes are always liquidity. The chocolate syrup is settled at the bottom of cup with liquidity shake mix. The shake mix and chocolate syrup isn't mixed. It's nasty. They either need a new machine or don't want to deal with making shakes and frappes. This location has gone down hill. Now when you order a combo they automatically charge you for a large upgrade (fry&drink) without even asking you if you want to upgrade. Both mount pleasant tx McDonald's location need the corporate office or someone above the district manager to visit these locations. Managers are horrible especially at the south Jefferson location. Most of the employees have no kind of customer service. Bad management that's for sure. Both McDonald's locations. They need some new owners and management who actually care about giving good customer service so customers can return.

I eat at this MC Donald’s nearly every day and sometimes twice a day. Over the past month the staff has been increasingly rude, they have messed up 6 out of 8 of my last meals. The food is good and fresh. The restaurant is super clean. That’s the only thing keeping me going back. They have not fixed a single bad order

I drink coffee from McDonald's the food there is not real probably shouldn't even be drinking the coffee there's no telling what they done too it. I had a hamburger on my dash for 2 years from McDonald's 20 years ago it never rotted it looked the same as it did the day my buddy bought it for his kids I found it in his floorboard it had been there a couple of 3 months it was hard as a rock it looked just like the day they bought it just hard as a rock I put it on my dash for 2 years it was still just as hard as a rock it looked just like the day we bought it just hard as a rock Do YOU GET IT

I have never been treated so rude, and by a manager at that, rude. Thomas, you should NOT be in customer service. I will not return to this location, ever. I went through the drive thru and they forgot part of my order. I called after I pulled up, and was very rudely told to go back through the drive thru. I had just waited 10 minutes the first time. I said no, can yall please bring it out, he said just park and come in...seriously. That defeat the thru. I said sir may I please have it brought out. He said I already told you, you can park and come in, at this point I guess he set the phone down, because I never had a reply after and for a good hour the phone was off the hook. So RUDE!
