The manager and employees don't want to serve at the register. I got tired of waiting so I walked over to Burger King. I believe McDonald's has forgotten what it means for great service. It's not all about the drive thru. It's about the customers.

Only a few people are friendly here. Food orders are not correct very often. Always ask for sauces at every window and you might get sauces. Sit and double check in the drive through before you leave

The food is never prepared correctly, food is often cold, and the brusqueness of the staff...hard pass! I've given them 4 different occasions to get it right. Nope! I bypass this one, which is closer to our house, to go to the one on the other side of town.

This is what happened to America. This is garbage woman at the window is so rude. It’s unbelievable I asked for a water with no ice when I drove through. She gave me a big huge bucket of ice with no water and then she says I have to pull over and wait for her to bring me a water with no ice so this is what’s happened to America everybody’s horrible America has turned to trash complete trash. This is what this is is trash.

Mcdonald's has major changes ahead. The New generation Mcdonald's of USA is good but Old generation has to rise up. Bring back real love for the service instead of quick and out the way. Bring back food that customers and employees will appreciate to consume and make. Yes customers are the innovators and acts of service but working there I enjoyed my time. I enjoyed meeting people and although service was to be quick and efficient I could sit down and chat with everyone I met and pray with all.
