The food here is pretty average, and OVERPRICED for what you get. My cheeseburger was essentially a Whataburger. Thin, 1/3 pound patty. The homemade fries were good. My tab was $16.11 for a cheeseburger, fries, and small drink. After paying, I realized I had been charged a 4 % "service fee". What's that all about???

Update: NEW OWNERS, NEW FOODMy family and I went today for lunch and the food was AMAZING - just every bit as good as the previous owner. My sons and I had a single cheeseburger and my husband had a chili cheese burger that was, arguably, the best that either of us have ever had. Overall, a great experience and well worth a visit if you’re wanting a big, awesome burger!Even though I originally come from Arlington, TX, I’ve lived all over the state. I can honestly say that, in my opinion, these are the best burgers that can be bought at a restaurant that I’ve ever had. That’s no exaggeration - they are consistently great whether ordering takeout or dining in. We’ve pretty much had everything on the menu and we love the burgers, cheese fries (with cheddar!), and sweet tea. Their sweet tea is fresh, made in-house every day and is the perfect mix of sweetness. They also make their own fresh fries every day - NOTHING FROZEN HERE. If you’re coming through town or even live here and still haven’t tried them, they are DEFINITELY worth it!

I first ate here 12 years ago and fell in love. I eat here whenever I'm in the area. It's by far the best burger and fries in the area! I get a burger without a bun since I am gluten free. No issues with the burger or fries. Definitely recommend!!

They have a lot good reviews so I stopped, got a cheese burger and fries. If you go and you don't like bloody center burgers ask for well done evidently. I'll stick with Randy's.

Me and a friend went on a $100 hamburger run. This place was where we ended up. Neither of us were sad about it. Very nice staff and some solid burgers coming off the grill. Can’t recommend it enough.

It's hard to believe how quickly this place has become and institution of the Mt Pleasant dining scene. Their burgers are top notch and always excellent, and the staff is always friendly and ready to meet you with a smile. It can get a bit crowded and crazy around lunch time, but that just proves how popular this place is and how beloved by the community, defintely worth a stop in, whether you are coming from the interstate or some other way and passing through Mt. Pleasant.
