I've visited this location a few times, it's always a clean environment. the food is always in rotation, fresh.& moist. This has to be a great place to work as well as dining. The same employees are still working here

They do not have your food ready in time. They tell you to pull around and then proceed to make you wait 30 minutes. They then don’t bring out your food and you have to go inside to get it.

I’m very disappointed with my experience and I have never had a bad experience with this place before. But this place makes me question coming back. Tonight I door dashed food for myself and my kids. When we received our food my plate had the correct sticker label on but when I opened it my order was completely wrong. I then had to drive to panda and show them my receipt. While without question I had no issues at all for them correcting my order I left without issue. But again as we were finally eating our dinner. One of my children found a LONG DARK BROWN HAIR in her food. Again I had no issue with them correcting my order but the long dark brown hair was the last thing I wanted to find in my kids food.

Food fye, wayyyyyy to many veggies in the chow mein. chow would be good if they didn’t have more cabbage then noodles in it. don’t recommend unless you love cabbage. besides that food good

The new dishes are awful and we miss the sweet fire chicken breast. I'm sure the old favorites sold better than the new editions that are not as healthy and or tasty.
I think someone should take a survey of app usage and notice how many are not being used as often. I know we used to frequent Panda Express three times a month at least, now maybe once every 2 months.
If you miss SWEETFIRE CHICKEN BREAST please speak up TO CORPORATE

I came here on August 22nd, just a few weeks ago. I ordered the spicy orange chicken, and I also recieved excellent customer service from my server named Joaquin. He even warned me about the spice before i tried it, it sweet but do not underestimate the spice!!! 😂 Lol. He was very friendly, handsome and charming, and even made me laugh. 10/10 experience from him, he deserves a raise!

Catered our son‘s birthday party today. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed for the meal. The manager brought employees in early in order to make sure that our food was hot and ready by the time we needed it. It was a very large order and they even helped us carry it out to our car. We will definitely continue to use them in the future!
