food is OK. really it changes depending on cook. seems management cares more about #'s than actual individuals. goes without say for corporations. one guys wife got in wreck within veiw of dinning area. she was management black shirt. and she was visually distraught, and came right in to work. couldn't believe it. husband showed up and had to tell woman's superior he needed to talk to his wife concerning wreck. so sad how business is exactly that, superficially happy go lucky but $ seems to be more important these days.
I am a regular at Mt. Pleasant, Texas.Today I was let in 4 minutes ? early because I needed to go to the bathroom. I hope management sees this review and tells the associates at this location.

Was charged 4 times for 2 sodas. Food was ok, they really cut back on the serving size. $47 for 2 of the 2entree plates and 4 sodas . I won't be going back. The workers were very nice, the restaurant was clean. Got my $5 back from being over charged on my drinks.

I have ordered from here 4 days in a row. But this service, and smile I got today from Dacory was amazing. She totally made my bosses lunch better just because of the way she treated me. She is my favorite employee I have have come in contact with at this location. Truly loved her service. Shared of the boss, he says the Kung Pao is hotttDerek

We were served inedible overcooked, dry rice. We made the manager aware immediately and still waited over 15 minutes before more rice was available for PURCHASE! When challenged on the purchase of replacement rice, I was asked to return the old rice first. This required me to scrape it out from under our now cold entrees, return to the counter with the nasty rice only to obtain a single scoop in tiny take out box. The manager was very rude and failed to rectify the situation. Bad food, bad service, bad management. Worst panda experience I've ever had and that includes the Denver airport!
