Just ordered two extra large pizzas and they were delivered all smashed to one side of the box. Half of each pizza was edible.

Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 with sausage all extra sauce. Everyone has a different definition of extra but this was over the top. Too much sausage, too much ham, only asked for extra sauce not toppings. The ham was hidden under the cheese. Had no choice but to eat it as we were without our vehicle. We picked out, almost a lb or 2 of sausage and ham. Next time we do Papa John's it will be pepperoni only.

I usually like pappa John's pizza. I have a wife and 4 girls. I usually eat almost a med pizza to myself. I could only eat 2 pieces of this is tonight. Just tasted blah... and to top it off it was almost 30$ for 2 pizzas. I've yet to have a pappa johns pizza that taste that good. (28$ for 2 pizzas good) I probably won't be back. Unless I get a buy one get one then I may give them another chance.

They are never opened for the hours they have listed, which is very annoying like tonight. Such as tonight, I tried to order about 8:45 and they were closed. They say they are always say short staffed and if the manager would treat people better maybe they could keep people. I was so excited we got a Papa Johns but with these hours we may as well not have one. When they are opened they always either mess up my order or do not have part of the order. Maybe they need new management.
Good pizza. Costs more here then other big chain pizza but it's worth it if you like papa John's. Service is good and food is good. Recommended

I ordered a pizza @ 2:15pm and it arrived at 4pm cold. I called back and the young lady told me it would be another 1hr and 45 minutes before they could get me another one. POOR customer service!!!

This is the second time they’ve canceled my order. I ordered at 8pm the business hour says until 945pm, they did call and explain they’re closing because of short staff. Seems to me like they need to get new management or something together because it’s a mess.
