I’m not one to complain but this is just outrageous. My boyfriend went to pick up our food, and the lady at the front counter an around middle aged has the audacity to say “no tip” to my boyfriend as he was picking up our food. He politely said “no” and then she proceeded to say “couldn’t tip today” which completely left him stunned since when do we tip for PICKING UP the food. That is completely unprofessional Pizza Hut!!

Pizza huts in general have gone down hill lately but this one was the best one I have been to in years, very clean and organized and the staff was top notch I hope they are being paid well

Visited dine-in first time in a couple months Pizza was good but ice tea is now just Ice Water!! This location was real good for a while owners trying to cut costs?? Have to go back to Sulfur Springs Pizza Hut again it appears. Don’t know what changed ?? Rated 3-stars because of tea quality otherwise 5-stars. Employees were good however.

They said that the pizza would arrive in 20 or 25 minutes, waiting for more than an hour and it never arrived. Why don't they say they won't deliver it. Very bad service, better go to little

I wouldn’t feed their pizza to my dog. Employees can’t even read basic instructions and mess up literally the first thing on the ticket. Oh you ordered pan pizza….nah we’re just gonna give you this 3 day old hand tossed cause we need to get rid of it even tho you payed extra for pan.

Ordered a personal pan pizza, literally waited 45 mins and than the pizza was cold? Like how does that happen when the reason you’re waiting is because it’s still in the oven? Make it make sense?
