Noon on Saturday and the lobby and is closed. Just went there drive thru open but phone was consistently busy signal and lobby doors locked. Not sign on the door, not good service

Ridiculous! Went through the drive through and they have no classic chicken- seriously? Then tell me to pull up and I wait 10mins before they bring my order out. Girl taking the order was rude. Do better!

Food has gotten better here in the recent months. Seems fresh. Staff not up to par but its a chicken place...

Food is amazing, I just hate that their phone stays off the hook, and there is no online ordering available so I can take advantage of my points. Been that way for weeks, is there any update on online ordering and phone?

back again to give them another try. when to the drive thru and ordered. i have no been sitting her for over 20 minutes waiting for my food. they didn’t even say they need to make more chicken or anything. just took order then when i got to the window they asked me to pull up and they will bring the food out. this is crazy. it’s always something. it was only 2 orders of the 3 piece check meal.

Customer service was great and the chicken was hot! So good that I mentioned it to my friend- she went and got some that same day!! Too funny but true.

Customer service was good but chicken looked like it was double dipped in old grease....and who want to eat chicken covered it feathers 🪶 🤔 this is beyond disgusting won't be back yuck 😑 😒 😐 😫

I love it, the service and food was good. I went 3/3/2026. I went to Mt. Pleasant, Tx. They gave me Breast & wing. It's was no dark meat at all. She told me The truck wouldnt be in until tomorrow 3/4/3026. I didnt get my validation code for filling out the survey, I think that's not right. This was to get 2 pieces chicken w/ biscuit if you buy a large drink. That's false advertising on the back of the receipt.
