Used the drive-thru and ordered one chicken strip, two biscuits, coleslaw, and Dr Pepper. Was advised they don't sell single strips. I've always ordered this way. She got the manager, who advised same. I changed order to 2 biscuits and small Dr Pepper, with a total of $5.60. My receipt stated 2 biscuits 1 piece. One piece of what??? No wonder they had NO CUSTOMERS, and Chic-fil-A across the street was booming! The gentleman at the window was very kind and provided excellent service, while the manager and woman I originally placed my order with were rude. I won't go back, and do not recommend this restaurant.

Leaving this review because they don’t answer the phone to resolve the issue! Spent $60, didn’t get 2 of my over priced items. Will update or delete when I get a response!!! Drove 16 minutes for mess.

This is the cleanest Popeyes store I've seen in a long time. Food was hot. Customer service was good. Only issue, the temperature outside was about 77 degrees and it was freezing inside the store. We hurriedly ate and left.

I Went to Popeyes in Mount Pleasant tonight and had yet another terrible experience. I ordered my food, and when I got it, everything was cold. The mashed potatoes were cold and tasted awful, and the red beans and rice were runny and just as bad. To top it off, I didn’t even get the biscuits that came with my order.

I spent nearly $40, and it definitely wasn’t worth it. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. The best advice I can give anyone is to stay away from the Popeyes in Mount Pleasant. Just a horrible experience all around.

The employees and the manager were fighting and yelling. My order set on the counter for 30 min waiting on tenders the manager took over threw my stuff in a bag . And said here you go I picked up my sauses to put them in the bag she informed me I didn’t pay for sauce I paid left home 30 minutes later my chicken tenders that I already waited 30 min on never got put in the bag so I guess Popeyes stole the money I paid for the tenders
