I waited 20 minutes for a 2 PC w mash potatoes. This location is very unprofessional. The help is never friendly and their hanging out in the dining room a lot. After today,I won't be back.

Rude employees, they didn't want to take my order and several just stood there and looked at me. Asked for dark meat and was given most white meat. Ordered a 16 piece family meal and received no biscuits.

The flavor was very good. This location, the chicken was a little bit greasy and there were almost no beans in my rice and beans. That said everything tasted great. We also use coupons.So got our meals at about half price.

I stopped by with family on our way home from a road trip. I wasn’t going to order anything bec I didn’t see any healthier menu items, but the manager went above and beyond and recommended the blackened tenders. He even ended his break to get a head start on my order. The crew members communicated thoroughly with each other and kept us informed about our order. They also gave the same consistent service to other customers as we waited. I wish this location was closer to home, but I’ll definitely be stopping by again when traveling. The service was just that good. Thank you!!!

This is the worst ran Popeyes ever. Girl at the counter could barely talk above a mumble and at noon they are out of thighs, and only have sweet tea in the back. When I wanted a refill I had to wait for a while because the the counter Girl was sitting out charging her phone and couldn't get up. Sad.
