Besides the restaurant being very cold, the experience was great. Remington did a great job, was friendly and welcoming. Service was quick, even with limited staff, and correct. Food was very good.

I get charged for an extra bag of chips. Didn't get them. I ask for no tomatoes cause I'm allergic. Tomatoes are all over my sandwich. I'd call and complain, but it won't matter. You guys don't care about your jobs and it shows. Really.

Ordered a lemonade at around 6 pm was told they are done making lemonade for the night.... 3hrs till closing is cutting it a little close for some lemonade to be made.

Last night me and 3 other friends had dinner at Schlotzsky's and it was the best experience we've each personally experienced there! We were served by Remi and jerry who both served so kind and willingly. Despite it being 60 degrees inside, Remi and Jerry both were very accommodating and went out of there way to make sure we were satisfied with our experience at Schlotzsky's! The food was great, service was great, and the inside was super clean! Thanks guys.

I ordered the strawberry chicken salad with extra chicken, the gave me a lil fingertip full of chicken , they didn’t put any pecans or croutons in my salad , IT WAS JUST A BUNCH OF LETTUCE SOME CHICKEN & A FEW STRAWBERRIES ………

Have ordered here many times. The last 2 have been a terrible experience. I ordered a DELUXE med original. Got home and my sandwich was just a regular original. But definitely got charged for the deluxe. So we went 2 yesterday and got a med original, and a DELUXE original combo and a child's cheese pizza (bc I split it between 2 kids) paid $27 and change for this order. I even told them when ordering that the last time we ordered a deluxe that they did NOT make it a deluxe. Got the order and got home. The pizza was in a small rectangular box. I opened it and there were 3 tiny pieces of pizza in it. I was like wtf? Then again the deluxe sandwich was made as a regular!! I called about the pizza before I saw the sandwich and was told they are out of child sized dough so they use a large and split it in half and it's the equivalent of a child size pizza. I put the 3 pieces together and told them there's no way that's the same size. The pieces in there were tiny. The manager didn't seem concerned at all. Don't think we'll be back to this location

REVIEW EDITI came into the restaurant today and asked to speak to the manager. Kaylee the general manager and the other supervisor Samantha (sam) made sure to make everything right for me. They were very nice and professional towards me and I truly appreciate that. They get 5 stars from me.I would have left Zero stars if i could. When I say this is the Worst experience I've ever had at Any restaurant establishment in my 42 years of living I am not exaggerating. First, I placed a mobile order to pick up at 8:30. This place Said it closes at 9. I get to the drive thru and I am greeted with a "we are currently closed " I told them I had a mobile pick up order and was directed to "pull around" . I paid almost 23 dollars for a cup of baked potato soup, medium drink and a Roast Beef French Dip Calzone. I get home ( 20 minutes later cause we don't live down the street) , to find my Roast beef french dip has ZERO MEAT ON IT. Seriously guys? If you don't want to work just say that. How dare you take hard earned money from customers to not only screw them out of what they ordered, but KNOWINGLY serve us something You yourself wouldn't pay for. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. Do better! Also. I saved my "Roast beef sandwich " just to return to you all tomorrow as your first customer. To say I am aggravated is an understatement. I'm sick of these places and these workers not doing even the Bare minimum for the customer.

My wife and I stopped in for a late dinner and experienced hands down the best customer service I think I have ever experienced in a restaurant (possibly anywhere) Remington greeted us and took our order with a smile and excellent personality! He checked with us multiple times to ensure we were happy with our meal and all was good. His personality and demeanor was what really made me really appreciate the service, you could tell this guy really cares about his job and customer experiences! If you are passing through MP, stop in, best service around! I am not one to leave reviews, but this kid was that good I couldn’t wait to get to the truck to leave a review! Keep up the great work Remington, there aren’t many out there like you anymore!
