Stopped in to get my family dinner this evening pulled into stall to place my order and was hit in the face by the rankest smell of Marijuana when i rolled down my window so much so that in the short time it took me to roll my window back up the smell had infiltrated my car and nostrils and nauseated me as I absolutely despise the stench. If you are the manager of this location please you must know by now that this is not an acceptable way to run an establishment as it is very unappealing to the consumer to have to endure this. Would give 0 stars if possible.

There’s no excuse for the wait time when there are more than enough staff to accommodate 3 customers. Waited in drive through for 5 mins no answer, waited again at the drive in for an additional 10 minutes just to get ICE. There needs to be a level of accountability

Food is decent, but nothing can excuse the EXCESSIVE WAIT TIMES; even if it's just one person doing everything (I really hope not), something has to be sped up. If there's anything good, they rarely get the order wrong in my experience, but again, this is a FAST FOOD restaurant being slower than a family diner

After the severe storms and being without electricity going on my third day, I stopped here for a simple breakfast sandwich before work. I ordered the brioche breakfast sandwich with bacon. When I opened the bag at my office, it contained a chicken sandwich with pickles. This is SO typical of this location - it's just awful and I won't return.

Service DOES NOT even deserve a star. This location is a couple blocks from my home so it is mostly out of convenience that I continue to be a glutton for punishment. Service has always been a MAJOR issue but has continued a downhill spiral. Half the speakers don't work, the children working there have no manners. You can hear and see them carrying on with one another but when you try to order they continue to ask what was that like they can't hear while there is a party going on in the background. Today's experience took the cake. We waited 25 minutes for two drinks and a blast. That we NEVER received because they were herding everyone through the drive thru window and there were several cars that pulled in after us got their orders. Left and went back two hours later and it was the same thing.

Went here to grab some lunch after a doctors appointment. We was missing a drink and the server Jaquaven did not hear us right about which drink was missing. Also he didn't know if they had a toy for the wacky pack kids meal. My son saw the advertisement on the display screen and was super excited about the toy. He is autistic and not that verbal. He is now angry and upset, also refusing to eat.
food was forgotten about, and we had to repress the button multiple times to remind them. then the order came out wrong so ofc we felt bad for pressing it again. But at that point we had been waiting 45 minutes and wanted what we had already paid for so we asked one more time. and we finally got it. Not great service.
