Ordered a Grande Caramel Frappe made with almond milk, no whip, extra caramel drizzle and got what looked like milk and coffee just blended with ice.
And the girl who handed it through the window was rude.
Really sad when they are the only thing open when people who work night shifts are needing a caffeine boost.

I am a Starbucks *FANATIC*, however even though I love Starbucks, this location has definitely gone downhill in the past couple of years. I have come to this location a lot as it is the Starbucks that is closest to me, but after this morning, I am just going to go to Gilmer or someplace else entirely. I guess that ‘Jaycee’, or whatever her name was, at the window was new or something because when she handed me my very *HOT* caramel macchiato, the lid was not on properly and the entire drink went all over my side and my car. I did call the store and they were like ‘you can get a free drink’ - that is so beyond the point. A free drink will not treat the blotchy red burn mark on my skin or make the pain go away. Or get the sticky caramel off of my car and out of my seat cushion. In twenty-five+ years of coming to Starbucks, this has literally never happened to me before.
Also, I order the same exact drink (same recipe) and I have ordered the same drink for over ten years: a hot Venti Skinny Caramel Macchiato with 7 pumps of the sugar-free vanilla, upside down (stirred). Yet somehow at THIS location, it always tastes different. There is only one barista at this location that has consistently made my drink correctly.
This location’s saving grace is its individual baristas: when Jessica and Mike (Michael?) work the drive-thru I never have any issues. And Amy, who works afternoons/nights is amazing - she has always made my drink perfect.
What an awful way to start my day and what a tragic waste of $7.

The Nitro machine was down so they gave me a cold brew, in the cold brew there was a giant hairball that made the drink undrinkable and I gagged for a solid 5 minutes. Bye bye $8 I guess :(

I'm really not a huge fan of Starbucks, especially in the larger cities, but the staff at this location, so far, have been very polite. I highly recommend the Java Chip Frappe if you're wanting a coffee based cold drink
