Staff was very rude to us and other customers for no reason.

The white guy working today , don’t want to sell me 10 foot long subway because he say I need to order it 24 hours before I came to pick them up , really bad service , I was gonna pay for it

Got a sandwich and by the time I got home it was uneatable. Put so much sauce on it, it was like eating mush. I through it in the trash, thanks for nothing Subway.

Place is very dirty and food looks old. The staff is unhelpful. The soda machine ran out of EVERY soda and when I let them know one of the other customers said out loud “it’s always like that because the management doesn’t care” it’s so horrible that this place has a reputation of being awful. They didn’t refill the sodas and didn’t even offer us a refund in sodas we purchased that we couldn’t get. Employees handling food and money with the same gloves. The health dept needs to pay a visit to this place.

Young man was impatient & $3 foot long wrap was disappointing. No pride in a job well done. Same for the beast sub, my fave, shame. Was there weeks before & BEAST was as it should be. Just an off day for him, tip didnt help either. Hit & miss for me.

Vegetarian options: Cannot beat veggie options at a good subway.

If I could give a zero I would! If you go to a tire shop that sells tires you won’t hear we’re out of tires but go here and they never have meats, breads vegetables toppings condiments chips hell they don’t even have bags to put your food in or napkins or silverware. Stay as far away from this place if you’re hungry because they never have sandwhiches at this sandwhich shop! Worst one I’ve even been too! Staff is rude and could care less!

By far the most awful subway there is!
Employees are rude af and unprofessional. Do not order here or delivery or even reload card thru this location because they will not hold themselves accountable for their mistakes! You will be however be yelled at through the phone for their incompentence!

Costumer service personelle smoking pot outside the establishment was the first indicator that I maybe shouldn't have eaten here. Then the woman working the counter acted bothered that my husband wanted one of their new sandwiches? Sorry? This is not the first time that I have felt very unwelcome as a customer here. Most of the time I feel as though I should apologize for existing and go somewhere else. Overall, love the sandwiches. I'm just a little sad that this is how customers are treated.

Didn't have what we ordered on line got the early told them our order and was waiting when it was ready server left bag at pick up and walked out side to smoke didn't tell us it was ready when we asked her she was rude and ignored us very awful additude I will never come her again.

Workers were very rude and nit smiling. Got a Togo order, and I was sitting there waiting for it, and the girl put it on the pu shelf and walked out to get on her phone. When she came back in, I asked her why she didn't tell me they were ready. I had already spoken to her when she told me they had no more black olives or banana peppers. Wow just wow!

Absolutely horrible. Only had a certain amount of bread left and almost refused to make our sandwiches claiming that she had to make the bread last until the next shift.

The Hispanic woman working today was working by herself. No one should have to work like she was working. Customers kept coming in and people who made online orders were having to wait because she was alone. She was nice and friendly I could see she didn't have to do anything, there were 5 bags of chips out and not alot of drink options in the cooler, because she did not have time to restock.She needs help and if I was her I would not work under those conditions. She deserves recognition and a major raise in pay!!!!

The lady who is working today on June 9th, 2024 was working all by herself. We could easily see that she was frustrated and overwhelmed. However, she still maintained a pleasant demeanor, she was friendly, prompt and efficient. I hope subway corporation will get her some much needed help, and a raise in her pay. No one should have to work in the food industries all alone, there absolutely needs to be a minimum of 2 people. When will the lady today get a moment to take a break, eat her meal, go to the bathroom, restock the bread, veggies, meats, cheeses, sauces, drinks, chips, cookies, EVERYTHING? The answer is simple Never, not with a steady line of walk in customers, online orders.Subway DO Better by this employee!!! Don't let this be the standard in how your employees are treated!!!
