I was there on 7/24/23 at 5 pm. It was awful. They did not have soup. They only had maybe 5 to 6 pieces of bread. Nothing was stocked and all the tables were dirty. There was no one in the store, but the two people working were too busy talking to each other than to do their job. I will not go back. While there, people came in and walked out because they were out of breads.

We stopped in to take advantage of the FLBOGO deal and the dumb little Mexican girl working the counter didn't know what we were talking about. Actually she didn't act like she even understood English very well. The manager had left while we were trying to place our order in the app so she was not there to help. We had the girl call her to see what to do and after about 10 minutes she held the phone out on speaker and some lady told us the app wasn't working and they couldn't fill our order so we left. This whole experience was very unprofessional and needs to be addressed by corporate before you run off all your business. We were also going to buy a box of cookies.

For some reason the employee decided to touch my sandwich with bare unwashed hands so I decided I wasn’t eating at y’all’s establishment nor was I paying the tab damn sure won’t be back because of the lack of common sense you don’t finger screw someone’s lunch and expect them to be happy lol I mean you have two employees that wear gloves and prepare sandwiches but this employee had no gloves could have easily ask her coworkers what the sandwich was and not touch peoples food with bare unwashed hands thank for ruining my lunch today it will definitely not happen again

Says on the website and the door of the establishment that they open at 8:30am, my wife and I arrived at 9:00am and they told us they weren’t open yet, and to leave. We looked it up before coming to the location, and even checked the door before going inside. After telling us to leave, they came and locked the door.
