I was pleased with my order. But I have to mention that they need to watch for the water Mop. They mopped, and it was that bad smell. I would have stayed and enjoyed my meal longer, but I wanted to get out of there. Unfortunately, it was the short frame of time before my brother started

So sad to see so many bad reviews. I am a long time lover of Taco Bell, but this one in particular has been disappointing for years now. The food is bad and the service is bad. You know, a little kindness could go a long way for a short staff or whatever the excuse may be, but morals have died and have been dead at this location for quite some time. If you love Taco Bell and are in Mount Pleasant I would suggest going somewhere else for your meal or go to a different Taco Bell.

I ordered the dorito tacos. The wife got regular tacos. We went thru the drive-thru for our order. The food was good but I left one star for service. Both mine and my wifes tacos looked like someone smashed them before putting in the bag. I will never go to this Taco Bell again!!!

Had concerns with getting the order correct and not given a receipt. Upon asking, I was told they were out of paper and closed the window on me.1/17/23 12:50pmUPDATE: upon getting through the bag, the order was wrong. Per their app and my bank I was over charged. They 'didn't have paper' rather than fix a mistake

My husbands job had been in the area for about a week. He came through during lunch today and stood at the front counter for 40 minutes if not more to order. The person at the counter took everyone else's order except for his. They just called the next person behind him and when he tried to order, they ignored him and walked off. This is the second place that has denied him service. Mount Pleasant is really the worse place to be.

Stopped here about 7:30 pm, and ordered my usual #6 Chalupa meal. The shells were cold and soggy, and didn't look cooked, and the taco was the same way. The whole bag had cold soggy food in it....
