don’t get me wrong the wings are so good. But i came in to dine in and the girl dropped my tray down on our table and walked away and said nothing?? rude much. never had a bad experience till today.

Out of all the times I’ve been too wingstop I’ve never had an awful experience… first off I walk in where the greet? Second of all customer service horrible they pressure u when u order? Third of all have u heard how they answer the phone? Wth is hello…where the thank u for calling mount pleasant wingstop? Oh and that’s not all I ordered a 5pc bone in mango habanero wings and the wings were RAW yeah RAW AND COLD THROUGH THE INSIDE and didn’t even have mango habanero sauce on them…. I’m sorry but literally this place has been going down idk what’s happening to wingstop but never going there again…

Tea glass never got empty! Excellent customer service and the salmon tacos were awesome! They have 2 seating places, a bar side and a kid friendly side!

Came to grab food I had already ordered asked for it to be extra crispy. When I get there manager starts loud talking noise from the back talking about im gonna be waiting on my order the just started it and I wanted it extra crispy so its gonna take extra. Very rude , on cook times, and no professionalism from management. Now on the other hand there was an employ there named Alejandro who needs a raise and to teach management on how to speak to a customer. Highly not pleased with management choice but thank God for employees who actually care.

Placed the order and gave our name. I don't know whose name he put. But the girl called someone's name and they walked around with our food and it was cold by the time we got it. I didn't say anything, but the guy knew I wasn't happy at all. We got the 20 for 20 00. And corn on cob. This was a place I would not hold accountable because they look like they would do something to your food.
