Meanwhile, Jason’s has elevated the bar menu, focusing on high-quality ingredients and classic Texas comfort. The bar environment is also a major highlight under the new ownership.
It’s the perfect, relaxed setting for unwinding, offering a great selection of local craft beers on tap and expertly mixed classic cocktails. The lighting is warm, the seating is comfortable, and it truly feels like the neighborhood's ideal gathering spot for friends.
We tried the signature drinks and the daily special, and both were made to perfection, flavorful, and made with clear care. The portions are generous, exactly what you hope for in a classic Texas establishment.

Unfortunately, the owners have consistently demonstrated unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward both staff and patrons. They appear unwilling to accept feedback and have been known to remove comments and reviews that reflect poorly on them. I recommend supporting another local business that values its community.

I personally wouldn’t recommend this place. Since the new ownership, the atmosphere and customer experience have gone downhill. In my opinion, the management doesn’t seem to value staff or patrons the way they used to. It’s disappointing to see how much The Bull has changed.

Great local bar! Jason & Emily are wonderful owners, the staff is always friendly, and the people make it feel like home. The drinks are excellent, the pool players keep things lively, and there’s always a welcoming, homey atmosphere. They host great events and benefits, too.
