It's sad that a store I've rated highly is such a disappointment. The service & quality received in person is very different than the service & quality received when you place an online pickup or delivery order. I have ordered in person at this store & I always get great service with quality & quantity of ice cream I pay for; however, the same cannot be said for orders placed for pick up or delivery. I have placed several orders thinking maybe it was a one time or rare occurrence, but it is a regular issue. I can choose to go to other ice cream places, but am a loyal customer & sadly they have lost my loyalty. I wish I had taken a picture of the ice cream I've received when ordering in the store vs what I receive when we're not in store. You definitely receive a noticeable difference in the amount of ice cream, when you're not ordering in person. As you can see in the pictures, normally you could see the scoops of ice cream with the lid on.

Two young ladies running the shop Monday night. I found a hair in my ice cream. Returned it for a new one. And as they were putting new ice cream in a cone, I heard them giggling and being very rude. I asked very politely “what is so funny”? They said in a very rude way”it was funny”! I was very caught off guard with this and I hope they get fired

Ordered a banana split through Uber Eats. It came with half scoops of ice cream. Will not order again

Colt went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful first visit! He was kind, friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He was very sanitary. After checking out a customer, he used hand sanitizer, then slid on a pair of new gloves before filling my bag with chocolates. The chocolates were fresh and amazing! This is definitely my new spot for delicious snacks!

Awesome service! Staff were friendly even though it was just before closing time. Plenty of flavors with good quality and they also make milkshakes with any ice cream flavor. Been coming here for many years

I had a marvelous time here today!!! The workers were so nice and helpful. Thank you specifically to Katie!!! She helped me choose my new favorite flavor: oreo s’mores!!

They were out of my bubble gum ice cream, but got Rocky Road instead, its so good!!! Very friendly service!! Keep up the great work..

My experience at this location was absolutely spectacular!! I walked in there having an awful day and walked out with a the biggest grin on my face :) And it was all thanks to this girl named Brooke she was doing CARTWHEELS literally around everyone!! This girl was the bomb diggity an absolute queen!! thank you brooke thank you for lifting my spirits
