I ordered this almost every weekend.The chicken is always top tier. It mine and my daughter’s favorite chicken.

The chicken, any flavor, is nicely cooked. It’s soft, not overcooked. Staff are very accommodating. Promised time for pick up is accurate.

The chicken comes out hot and crispy even when ordering to go! The staff is friendly and my orders are always ready on time.

Bought a 24 pack of wings,
Spicy original and honey garlic. The honey garlic was great. The spicy original just had the taste of salt, I honestly don’t think they seasoned it. I told them that there was literally no spice flavor to it and the employee said that’s how it is. The spicy original apparently is not spicy is what he said. Then he offered us a spicy sauce, but charged $3 for it. This improved the taste for sure. We also had kimchi fried rice which was basic and wasn’t fresh at all. All in all we paid $80 for very average food. Stick to honey garlic wings and you will be happy.

Customer service needs some serious improvement.

Travelled 40 mins to get here by 9.35 on a Sunday, 2 ladies at the register said we need to order quick and said “we kick people out at 10 cuz we close” even though google clearly says it closes at 10.30
And we couldn’t dine-in for the same reason.

Food was good and it was easy to order although the experience after ordering was a little annoying. I set my pickup time for between 2:10 and 2:20pm when I ordered over an hour before that time. Immediately after placing my order my confirmation said my order would be ready between 2:20 and 2:30pm. Weird, but ok. Then I got another message that my order would be ready by 2:35pm however ultimately I ended up getting a message at 2:15pm that my order was ready. Just weird and frustrating communications.

Excellent chicken, but a little pricey

My daughter and I started coming here faithfully a few months ago because we love the honey garlic wings and waffle fries, although pricey. We typically get it to go and have had a good experience until about a week ago. When I got in the car and opened the fries, we immediately realized they were extremely overcooked, slightly burned. I went back inside and they offered to remake them which caused another long wait to which my wings got cold. I figured they'd be better but when we got home, they were exactly the same which has never been our experience from previous orders.
I called to let the girl know that they were still not edible and asked if I could get a $7 credit for my next order. She said she could only give 15% because they already remade them once. I told her, they did not make me whole by giving me another batch that we couldn't eat and asked to speak with the manager. She took my info down and said the manager Kim would be in on Monday and Wednesday morning. I have not received a returned call to rectify the situation.

Another agitation was them changing the wing count from 9 to 8 without a price reduction. I've been a loyal customer, referring my friends and expected better customer service. Hopefully I hear from the manager soon.

I've been wanting to try bb.q chicken for a while. I'm so happy they decided to provide halal chicken.
