My daughter and I went there to try Boba a few months ago and it’s become one of our favorite spots! The tea is really good and the customer service is amazing! They are very kind and friendly. It’s also a really cute atmosphere to sit and enjoy the team!

I typically do not study in cafes, but whenever I have the time, I always go to Boba Lush because of their calm, yet inviting environment. Their fruit drinks are good, but I especially like their matcha drinks; I hope they expand on more flavors! Every time I enter, I am always greeted and welcomed by their workers who are attentive and kind whenever I order. Their worker Zach usually makes my drinks whenever I come, and he always makes them perfect as well! I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves trying new drinks while also supporting local businesses!

I ordered a mocha frappe, but they served me a caramel one instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the manager was rude and insisted that I had confirmed the order. In reality, the staff member only repeated the size, not the drink itself. Despite explaining this, they refused to correct the order and left the wrong drink with me, essentially forcing me to take something I didn’t ask for. Very disappointing experience—poor customer service and lack of accountability.

The BEST boba place! Everything tastes so good and fresh. Workers are very nice too. Would highly recommend! My favorites are the mango green tea and mango smoothie.
