My family and I come here every weekend and normally everything is kosher but this past weekend I received a gritty burger. Now we all know, when you bite into something and you feel a rocky, gritty substance, you can be sure someone dropped a patty on the floor and placed it back on the bun. It's unfortunate that this establishment hires personnel who have no sense of food standards and customer service. I recommend others to go somewhere else that has better customer service, especially if your are looking to order high quality, non- gritty burgers.

My wife and I used to come here 2 to 3 times a week when we lived near by a few years ago and it was the place to be. Great service, good food. We moved away and came back today for St. Patrick's day with a big group of friends and we're so disappointed. First off, we were shocked how empty it was. Our server was somewhat nice, but was very uneducated about the menu, and basic drink needs/ knowledge. At a couple of points during our visit we would wait more than 10 minutes for a single beer, and even longer to get our tab. We took great care of of server despite the subpar service because we are all current service industry, and by the end she couldn't have seemed more annoyed to just even be at work. My advice would be to visit the Fairview location. From what we know, all of the former Murphy staff went there, and we've never had a bad experience there. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because we were long time regulars. Their obvious lack of training shows. Hopefully this location will get back to its glory days it once used to be.

The food here continues to impress. The menu is broad enough that everyone -- including kids -- can find something they like. Service is consistently good. Our server even saw us out the door. Nice.
Great place to bring family over for enjoying football big screen television and a full nice bar. An open wide with side patio with many different varieties of food including seafood and wings. A full parking open on the corner lot. Full line of beautiful ? young ladies at your service at your table. Come on and ?

Taylor was my bartender and she was delightful. She was attentive and personable. It was my first time in and she treated me like she had known me for years. Kaylyn delivered my chips and queso and struck up a conversation and we soon realized we had met outside of Boomer Jack's a couple of weeks ago and was extremely welcoming. I will be back to the Boomer Jack's in Murphy 100% and they are the reason. They both deserve a raise ?
