I was having a stressful day and originally planned to stop at Panda Express for something quick, but when I saw CAVA, I decided to make a U-turn — and I’m so glad I did. The moment I walked in, the woman (Sandy) at the front greeted me so warmly. Her positive and kind energy really stood out and genuinely lifted my mood. She’s exactly the type of person you want welcoming customers — patient, friendly, and attentive.
The food was fresh and delicious, as always. Whenever I’m in this area, I’ll definitely be stopping by again. Highly recommend this location! 🌟

I just went to this Cava location today and one of the employees was extremely rude and unprofessional I understand if she is not getting paid enough to be there or does not want to work she does have to be rude to the customer when we have done nothing wrong. Your employee Mikala made a comment when I was trying to get food. If she doesn’t like her job she can find another one this is so unprofessional. I asked for a manger they told me they did want to give me. I love going to cava but she made me feel uncomfortable.

Wow, this is my second time at a Cava location and i’ve been blown away my first was in atlanta ga this time i’m in murphy tx SABASTIAN was phenomenal he is kind courtesy and a loving soul who ever management is made a great choice having him at the front face and center. he made my day and i’ll be back soon. CAVA AT: 305 E. Farm) to market 544 Murphy, TX 7509 ..UPDATE: went back to cava where I ordered my food from Uber eats the night before. Went to the store the next day and spoke with the supervisor Jesse. He made sure that my order was right made sure that my food was fixed correctly and also complemented me on the meal that was not prepared correctly on the Night Shift. There is another young man there that’s always polite and he always help me and make sure that my food is fixed right I can’t remember his name but he know who he is. I just wanted to tell both I really appreciate the customer service and the outstanding job that y’all do and keeping the restaurant and bathrooms clean every time I come in during the daytime. Food looks amazing ?
