Super chill and slow paced which my wife and I loved. Best edamame and fried rice we've ever had. Some of the best sushi I've had. Wife loved her grilled shrimp and veggies. Definitely coming back!

We were the only table, group of 12. Hostess did not know we had reservations so our table wasn't ready. We were the only ones there @ 12:45. Service was good but food was mediocre. Sushimi didn't taste as fresh as some other places I've had so for the ambiance and quality of food, prices were a bit high in my opinion.

Ciao has a long way to go to become a true sushi house. The spicy tuna roll had some flavor but not a true marriage of tuna and spice. The texture was uneven on the tuna and rolls were not formed correctly. The yummy roll was much better in terms of balanced flavors with the crunchy shrimp but again very unevenly formed. The longhorn roll was very poorly executed with salmon chunks on top not looking very appealing. The flavors were ok but nothing that was a slam dunk that would make you want to go back. The noodles were very good with lots of wok seared and smoky flavor but the chicken was dry. The ambience of this place is quite harsh with led club lights and a general failure to make it warm and inviting. Overall this place needs to improve a lot, get fresher ingredients, have more fish than just tuna, salmon, surimi and produce a quality product to get raving customers.

I had the Yellowtail Heavan and Butterfly Kiss. They were delicious. The service was great and so was the food. Nice atmosphere and very nice people. I highly recommend Ciao!

Very tasty. We will be back. The sushi was very good and fresh. My husband felt his sashimi was very good quality. My grilled NY steak (hibachi style) and veggies were great too. The rice wasn't my favorite but it was alright. I also liked that they used romaine lettuce in their salad instead of iceberg like many places.

My favorite volcano roll! Their noodles are yummy too and veggies! Bonus that they gave a chocolate covered strawberry and $10 off next visit for Mother’s Day. So sweet! The place was clean and had a nice bar as well. TVs if you want to watch sports. Bathrooms were clean. Great service! You won’t regret coming here! The food pics are midway through eating! The volcano roll is a full roll - very filling. The kids plate has a full serving of noodles. It originally comes with rice but my daughter likes noodles.

First time here, it was a pleasant experience. Went at lunch time around 1pm, it was quiet. One other table. We got a few different rolls & the yakisoba noodles with beef. The noodles were delicious. The rolls were good but we’ve had better. We’ll be returning to try other items.

We have passed this a few times and looked at reviews. We decided to come for my husband's birthday. We were blown away. The service was awesome, very attentive. The food was all perfectly cooked and perfectly timed to come to our table. We ordered the tuna tower, tempura appetizer, blossom roll, yummy yummy roll, Yaki Soba Noodles and Sew Ew Noodles. All were amazing and fresh quality ingredients. We will visit again.

Decided to try this new place, I am very skeptical about new Japanese restaurants I visit, because most of the time I leave disappointed, but this one was way better than I could think of. Tried few appetizers and they were astonishing!(Heart attack and Tuna tower) one of the best Japanese meals I’ve ever tried.Waitress were very attentive even offered to mix that tuna tower for us, otherwise I would probably eat it like that)))). Prices were reasonable and portions were large, haven’t seen such big rolls in a while. A lot of options for two peopleBest discovery of the month, definitely recommend

Food quality and presentation were very good. I do question serving ketchup with the tempura bento box. Thankfully there was some unlabeled Soy Sauce on the table. Was going to sit at the bar was told they weren't able to make drinks. Sat at table instead. I know times are hard for new establishments so it's hard to hire experience d servers. Kid needs a little work on the service end. Will return to try some other interesting items didn't get to try.

I was grocery shopping and saw this place on my way home. I'm so glad I decided to check it out!We ordered the Texas Roll & the Yummy Yummy Roll. The rolls were VERY generously sized! The presentation was stunning, the ingredients were fresh, and the overall taste was fantastic. The restaurant was clean and spacious! The staff were also very nice and welcoming. My server was Taylor, and she was very attentive and kind.I'll definitely come back again. Ciao Sushi & Grill Lounge is one of the best places to eat in the Murphy area!
