I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The staff were noticeably rude and lacked basic manners, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I usually enjoy Dominoās, but this location needs some serious improvement in customer service. Hoping management takes this feedback seriously and works on training the team to provide a more respectful and welcoming environment.

We have been ordering from Murphy tx store since they open this location.They take care of us every time. Store staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help the customer.

Frustrating. Made a car side order and waited for ten minutes after I pressed the āIām hereā button. The employees were standing there looking at me in my car. I just ended up going inside because I was now late for an eventā¦ very inconvenient.

Our pizza the last 2 times has taken over 30 minutes to get to our house once the driver has left the store so we have had cold pizza multiple times. This time on tops of being cold our kids cheese pizza was burnt. Absolutely ridiculous
