Service is horrible, the girls at the front always have the worst attitude. I’ve witness this on multiple occasions a lead being rude with their own co-workers.

Management really has to assess this, and also have supervision over staff.

Wouldn't say this is my favorite go to donut shop plus the coffee is just ok. They have been getting better about producing more appealing options. Not sure why but the coffee is just bland with little flavor or aroma. Not referring to adding more sugar flavor but maybe grind the coffee beans in the store to produce a fuller richer coffee flavor.

Vegetarian options: I know vegetarian options are there when a friend pointed it out.

Dietary restrictions: Not into dietary restrictions but know they accomodate.

Parking: Plenty of parking out front.

Kid-friendliness: It is a donut place. Easy choice to please a child.

i went to this location to get some donuts and the lady at the counter kindly accomadated my request for all the 12 different donuts i pucked for the dozen box. she was very helpful and patient. jsut this kind of attitude makes me feel to come back to store. what a nice person. and service was abolutely fantastic.

I don't know what happened today, but we ordered donuts through Uber eats, a dozen, and they all came thrown in bags and not in a box. The frosted ones were all stuck together, and the frosting was not even on the donuts anymore. You have one job as a donut shop and that is to make sure the donuts are good. They are not good this way, I'm very disappointed, and then when I try to call the number, it rolls to a message saying it's not accepting calls. I usually don't bother with Google reviews, so me leaving this means this was a horrible experience.

Staggeringly slow service. After ordering, we waited over 25 minutes for four coffee and two frozen hot chocolates. It appeared part our order got forgotten at one point. Without a doubt, the single worst experience I have had at a Dunkn in 30 years going multiple times a week for at least the last 10 years. We were not alone in our service experience. We watched people come in, wait to order, and leave in frustration. with only two people working, it was obvious that this full squarely on the shoulders of the store manager.

I ordered via the app, when I went thru the drive thru, I had to tell the person at the window that I also ordered 2 maple bacon wake up wraps, she asked someone about them then walked around the corner and said, I got them and handed me the bag. Driving away, I realized she handed me a sandwich, so I went inside with my receipt to have it corrected, the cook stood around talking about it with the other person, complaining. Every single person working there was standing around doing nothing and looked absolutely miserable. I had to ask again if they were making my order because I had already waited in the drive thru, as well as placing my order well in advance of getting there, the cook looked and said "I'm making your order now". I received my wraps and went on my merry way only to bite into the wrap and realized it was regular bacon. Yall the maple bacon is so good and I was so looking forward to it. Now onto my iced coffee.... the coffee tasted burnt. I have been going to this dunkin for years, this newish crew is horrible, they have no care in the world what they are giving out and if it the least bit satisfactory. Very disappointing. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to the Murphy Dunkin again.

Imagine giving yourself an allowance and decide I'm going to dunkin donuts. Only to get cold eggs, Old donuts, and bad cappuccinos. So disappointed that I wasted 40 dollars on that. In a perfect world, bad food and worse service would get you a refund and a free donut, but this is far that. ?

The two girls working on 11/14 were rude and completely unprofessional. My drink was made incorrectly so I nicely came in and said that my drink was supposed to be a chi not coffee. The girls then proceeded to give me dirty looks and whisper and giggle and roll their eyes as well as complain about remaking the drink. It’s not that hard to be nice. Also when remaking my drink they dumped it out in the sink and made the new drink in the same cup. Which is disappointing. First my drink was made incorrectly and then you can’t even take the time to make it in the new cup? Wow.

Kool Aid

Two times in one week my order was wrong. Once during the week where I had to walk in the shop and explain how to make my triple espresso over ice and then 2nd time on Saturday when they confirmed my espresso over ice in the drive-thru yet at the pick up window they served it hot. I asked for them to place it over ice - they did, but then they forgot to add my two pumps of unsweetened coconut. I could have just gone to Starbucks.

What are the standards for people work here? The person who was at the cashier today he just prefer to be in bed. His walking, his way of talking and the way of filling the order and get the donuts, he just don't want to be here and made me feel the same way i was rushing my self out of the door because i felt i woke him up or something because even his shirt was flipped. I will never visit this location again.
