Hate to bash but thought it was noteworthy. Walked in for donuts with my kids, grabbed a milk from the reach in and it was expired a week ago; Told the young man at counter and he said he’d tell the mgr. —he seemed like a nice kid and was doing his best. I bought 3 donuts, 10 munchkins, bottled water and gatorade and it was $8.66. I asked twice if he charged me for the drinks and was told that I paid for them. Do the math- it doesn’t work! The men’s bathroom had no soap, dirty toilet- like dried feces all over.
Why do we keep letting powerful companies like this get away with this type of experience… do better Dunkin’

I encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience at Dunkin' Donuts. I purchased a large hot coffee; however, the quality of the coffee was exceedingly poor, and the customer service was also substandard. I am dissatisfied with this experience.

I ordered donuts 12 this morning the first dasher got there and said they were out of the donuts so I told him hey just cancel it cause on my end I can not , he said okay then the second 3 4th 5th 6 driver come so I call the store over 17 times I told a dasher give the phone to a manger she told me they were out of the donuts so I said cancel it she said okay but I can’t give u a refund I said okay the uber app will she agreed then another dasher gets there she drive 3 miles remind u there are no donuts to pick up and the girl I spoke to said she was going to cancel it ! I get the phone back this little girl starts getting smart saying that’s why I didn’t get my donuts and etc this restaurant needs to be out of service there reviews are horrible And the manger in charge of that store needs to be fired! Stop hiring teenage kids who are not willing to work and talk to customers any kind of way but I will be at that store tommrow morning about this incident

Just came to this location today and whoever made my iced caramel craze latte made it perfect!! I also ordered the Chipotle wakeup wrap and it was good too. I will definitely come back to this Dunkin!

The challenge of any coffee and bakery shop is that during the morning rush you need to be cheerful efficient and accurate since your customers are rarely at the best at that time. Well this shop is none of these. Honestly, McDonalds has better services and cleanliness. I decided not to eat my pastry because the server collected the donut without a glove and touched his face before collecting the pastry. I suspect an in-announced health inspection is necessary here.
I’ve been getting donuts from this location every Saturday for the last 4 years. They’ve stopped selling the donuts my autistic son wants so I will not be coming here anymore. Plenty of local places to try out now.

Place sucks. Ordered sausage sandwich, gave me bacon instead. Didn't give us our milk we payed for. Got donuts and they're smashed. I've NEVER gone to this location and left with what I ordered. I won't give them another dime. All they care about is money so they hire incompetent workers.
