My friend went to a Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru and spoke to the intercom with no response. We sat there for about a minute asking if anyone was there and ended up just driving up to the window to see if we could get service. A young lady named China opened the window, and my friend told her how he was waiting there and she didn't acknowledge or apologize at all. Very unprofessional, and fortunately for them their manager wasn't present at the time for me to speak with him. I hope they improve from this experience.

I ordered plain bagel minis and a frozen butter pecan coffee. The coffee was handed to me without the whipped cream or any of the toppings. When I handed it back and asked if it could possibly look like the picture I was asked if I wanted whipped cream. Im not clear why that would be a question when that's how the drink comes. I get home and realize the plain minis are everything bagel. Not like I have anything to do so I go to take it back. 10 minutes in line to ask for the item inside box to match the label on the outside of the box. The phone doesnt ring to this location AND you have to go though the drive thru due to the lobby being closed. I drove by Walmart twice to get this crappy service. It would have been cheaper and faster to stop and buy a toaster and bagels

This is the closest coffee shop to where I work so I come here every day and somehow they still manage to get my drink order wrong each time. It’s not even a complicated order! I only keep coming back due to convenience. I just wish they had more competent employees.

I love getting dunkin refreshers and some chocolate munchkins, the best combo. I would come like a million times a week here if I could

Flies all over the doughnuts! Disgusting! Background: Came into the store a couple days ago. Had intentions of buying 5 dozen doughnuts for a celebration at a retirement center. When I came up to the counter, no employee acknowledged my presence or offered to help. As I was waiting for someone to help, I looked up at the doughnuts on the racks behind the counter and saw no less than 3 dozen flies and nats buzzing around the doughnuts. I was so disgusted - turned around, walked out, and was thankful I didn't go through the drive-thru. Those poor souls going through the drive-thru had no idea. I will not be visiting that store again.

This place sucks, came for Father’s Day and all the workers acted pissed off and were rude. Donuts SUCKED and were of terrible quality. Iced coffee was bitter and had no syrup. Took 25 min to heat up three breakfast sandwiches. Literally the worst.
Employees rude and have no clue what they are doing had to to 45 min for a cofee and sandwich ..

Why do I keep coming back to the Murphy Dunkin Donuts? They never have the basic varieties of donuts on hand. They always say they're out. With a million donut shops in the Murphy/Wylie area, the biggest name of them all can't seem to keep the most traditional varieties on hand. This morning was no different. And I also decided to try their sourdough breakfast sandwich. It was so bad, I could not finish it. The bread was not toasted or buttery. It was cold, chewy, and bland tasking. My suggestion... Keep to one of the local donut shops. At least they have all the traditional varieties on hand.

Not sure what's going on with this location. Service has just declined. Went to get a gift card and the lobby was closed with a sign saying drive thru only. If i was the owner, I'd be irate with that management decision. Certainly kept me from patronizing as my vehicle can't go through the drive through. Love the coffee but the service is lacking.
