Fantastic atmosphere. People here are super friendly and get your order right everytime. Can’t get enough of the matcha lattes and pistachio muffins. Muffins made fresh everyday btw. 1000000/10

Of all Feng Cha locations in the metroplex this is probably the worst one in terms of quality. For some reason everytime we order a simple milk tea, the staff just doesn't know what they are doing. We keep giving the place a chance but no more. Each time, they just don't give enough ice despite selecting regular or even extra, the drink is overly sweet despite selecting a lower level...the drinks just taste like warm sugar. Every other location gets it right but this one I guess they arent really trained right...

Boba is good, the place is cute, but the owners REALLY lack customer service skills. This is DEFINITELY NOT a welcoming boba tea shop.
Make sure that they don’t get your order wrong, because they will not want to refund you even if they mess it up (and the drinks are pricey)
Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Their customer service was really good and the drinks were amazing and I like the fact there are games to play with friends and family. Overall it was a great experience and will be coming again

The drinks are on the sweeter side, so it’s a good idea to check for customization options if you prefer less sugar. Other than that, the taste is really good and enjoyable.
