Ordered food for my fiance and I at around 7pm on Thursday. Two sandwich combo meals. Hers didn't come with a pickle that's fine. I asked for no tomatoes and to add chopped pickles and jalapeños. I got a sandwich with only lettuce and mayo and meat and cheese. I called that same night and talked to an employee. I let them know my sandwich was wrong. They asked a manager and said I could come back the next day to. I said thank you and gave my name. I went the next day (Friday @7pm) let them know my name and that I was supposed to have a sandwich remade. They had no clue. I asked to speak to a manager. No manager was present and no manager was expected to come in that night. I asked for them to call a manager. No one answered. I left my name and number. Still haven't heard back. Contacted corporate. Nothing but we will send your complaint to the store.

Ordered online, they could not read the directions and put jalapenos on my wife's sandwich, and gave her a pickle. Receipt clearly shows jalapenos on the white bread and NO pickle on the wheat. SOMETHING WRONG EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Love the food but Jesus, hire people that can read and care about not poisoning people. Order 1000076 for reference. Also waited after ordering online, great ETA! Not.

I want to give the place 5 stars because I normally really love the food, but I didn’t receive my mobile order last time as expected. I then called in to get a new order going, but they sent out the old 2hr old order (which wasn’t great tasting by that point and time).

Less to do with this particular franchise and more to do as a whole. $20 for a large sandwich, bag of chips and medium beverage isn't ideal. Go add a tip on top of that? I guess it's because of the pickle that's sloppily placed on top of the sandwich leaking pickle juice onto your sandwich.
Large meatball is bland. No flavor, provolone adds nothing, meatballs are cheaper than frozen ones you can buy at the store. Italian seasoning is almost non-existent.
Was almost given the wrong sandwich cuz it got mixed up with another customer.
Don't understand how every single sandwich by default comes with mayo? Better make sure you don't order "the way it comes".
Have tried multiple times. Just not for me. Save money, get a better sandwich and go to Subway or Jersey Mike's.

Food made as expected, but I had rewards in my app which they were not able to redeem or not sure how they can help me to redeem my points for free sub. it happened twice so not going this location again as they can not help me I’m regular user at work and always have rewards under my account.

Firehouse Subs in Murphy turned out to be a pleasant surprise for a quick, satisfying meal. I ordered the Hook and Ladder sandwich, and it was hot and fresh, packed with flavor from the smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, and melted Monterey Jack cheese. Every bite was enjoyable, and it was clear the ingredients were of high quality. The sandwich was perfectly prepared and delivered with just the right balance of warmth and texture.

The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere to sit down and enjoy my meal. Even though I arrived during what seemed to be a busy time, the service was impressively fast. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure orders were prepared and delivered quickly, which added to the overall positive experience.

One thing that caught me by surprise was the cookie that I had alongside the meal. It was soft, sweet, and a perfect complement to the savory sandwich. It’s rare that a fast-casual place gets both the main meal and dessert right, but Firehouse Subs managed to do just that.

Despite flying under my radar for some time, I’m glad I decided to give it a try. I’ll definitely be returning for another meal in the future, especially given how well the entire visit went. If you’re in the Murphy area and want a fast, hot, and delicious sandwich, Firehouse Subs is worth a visit.
