Secret Shopper here just checking in. We went to the location 😁 2 people working, we will touch on grooming Well when you are dealing with food maybe a hair net because the worst thing to have is someones hair in your food!
2. Cleanlyness trash was full and tables should be wiped down; not by the customer.
3. Coupons should state one person and transaction and additional sides is a fee to avoid false advertisement
4. If it is free for kids on Sunday then state is it One child per family
5. Chips should go with every meal

I had an online delivery order. The two kids' tacos were delivered soggy and drenched in salsa because they added it on the tacos instead of adding it on the side. The tomatillo salsa that came with my salad tasted like alcohol and the ranch also tasted weird, both were past expiration. (Those came on the side.) So all those items were inedible and thrown away. Rice and beans were bland. Very disappointed with the quality of the food, packaging, and preparation, and waste of money. I ordered a monster bowl with extra chicken because I needed the protein. The total on doordash was $21 which is crazy to begin with, but I was craving some good food. I was disappointed to find that it had so little chicken and so many veggies that 70% of the bites didn't even have chicken in them. Just ridiculous and overpriced for what I got. You could buy several pounds of chicken at the store for less. For $21 you should at least get a chicken breast worth of meat.

Stopped by for a quick lunch last week. The food and service were great! Tried the cayenne torrilla wrapped burrito with chicken and steak.

Am not sure what happened but I placed an order online at 6:45pm and it should be ready at 7:05pm. I arrived at 7:10pm and it’s not even ready and the worker said they are all backed up and busy preparing food but not even trying to do my order at all at 7:30pm and people walked in and other workers served them first. I wish I ordered in person to save my time on a long day. Disappointed with the customers service especially when my order came in before people walked in and they were serviced first.

Update: finally got my order at 7:40pm. 35 minutes late with online order and 30 minutes of wait. Don’t think I’ll come here again. And they are still serving walk in customers as my online order was on an hold for 40 minutes.

Got it door dashed. The Monster burrito and the freebird bowl were both really small for the price we paid. Would’ve saved money and had more food at Chipotle. We are literally about to go buy more food for dinner. Other than the size, the food was good.

Clintro rice crunchy was at bottom of container felt in wasn't cooked all the way

The food is fine. You really need to pay attention to the upcharges. My burrito had cauliflower rice and guacamole, which are both an upcharge.

After a modest tip, my burrito, with no additional sides and a water was over $16.

I could go plenty of places for lunch fajitas around that price.

Great staff, good food, decent prices.
