I usually get a salad at the St. Joseph location. The last few I have gotten have been disappointing. Not fresh, the salad is yellow and there is more shredded carrots than anything. It will be awhile before I'm back.

We always wait forever. The people in the back are as slow as a sloth. We were here before everyone else and i’m still waiting. They always do this. Won’t go back anytime soon. These people are air headed and incompetent. Edit. It smells horrid and it’s hot as hell in here.

I don’t think I need to offer much detail, this place just had an overall calm atmosphere, good food (that was quickly delivered too), and very helpful employees. I’d recommend it for lunch if you’ve got the time to try something different.

I don’t even know where to start. I ordered Kilauea Chicken, and not only did they give me the WRONG order, but the food I got was cold. How do you mess up that bad? On top of that, the pasta was drenched in yellow oil instead of the usual white sauce—completely unappetizing. Everything was greasy, cold, and just plain disappointing. If I wanted the wrong meal served at the wrong temperature, I could’ve stayed home and saved my money. Absolutely unacceptable

First impression, when we walked in, the place was SPOTLESS! Like white glove clean! The young man working the front greeted us and showed us to a large touchscreen device to order our meals, and answered all our questions about the menu items. This kid was literally 5⭐. So we grab our cups to get our drinks, which were easily accessible in the dining area, but if you want dirt soda, it's Diet Pepsi or unsweet tea. That's it. But the cream soda was killer! So our food comes 20 minutes later, which seemed like a long time, but it was all fresh and hot, so that's a fair trade off, and it was all, INTERESTING. This food wasn't awesome, but it wasn't bad. The rice was cooked PERFECT, but had no real flavor. (Like all rice, really.) The Honolulu Chicken was decent, and the Luau Pig was good. The Pineapple Dole Whip was cold and flavorful. So all in all, our experience wasn't bad at all, nothing was wrong, or cold, or dirty, and we were treated great by the staff. Clean restrooms, clean dining areas, nice parking lot with plenty of spaces, and well manicured landscaping. There's I literally NOTHING to complain about, but there's just something that isn't what you expect, like your completely surprised, by nothing. We probably wouldn't stop by again, but it's for sure worth visiting, your taste could be different! Try the macaroni salad, it's very unique!

I've been to Hawaii multiple times and this is not the same Huli Huli chicken you would get on the road side places. The price is a bit high for what you get. The service was below par. The food came out quick, but if I had not been standing by the pickup area, I would have never known my food was ready. They did not call my name. Luckily I saw it on the tag.
I don't like Cold food mixed with Hot food. Does not turn out well.
The macaroni salad did not have much flavor and was warm by the time I brought it home.
I only tried the Huli Huli plate. Nothing else.
I do need to try their Dole Whip, but I can wait.

This visit was good. I had the Kiluea chicken. Food was a bit better than usual here and the atmosphere was mellow. Fortunately, they fixed the air conditioner a while back, so that wasn't rattling our ears. Service was attentive and polite, even better than usual.
