Burger was cold and cheese was not melted at all. Big disappointment. Made the whole meal nasty. But the fries were hot.

Went through the drive thru this morning Cindy took my order I absolutely love when she's there taking my order she always does an amazing to to make me feel welcome always smiling dancing just having a WONDERFUL TIME working I wish there was more workers like her I love seeing her smile she a very beautiful woman I wish more Jack in the boxes had employees like her

They are so inconsistent with drive through orders, you order 6 tacos and when you get home they only gave 4, or you order regular mozzarella sticks and they give you spicy instead. It's got to the point that you have to check there and then which is annoying to other people in the drive through but it's the only way to guarantee you get what you asked for before you head home.

Food was cold the bun was rock hard and the meat had a strange taste I'm out.
Coke machine out of regular coke Onion rings were ok. They were blaring Spanish Xmas music which on but we are in America maybe a mix of both would be nice

Worst restaurant. Fries were so old, they reheated them. It was like eating potato chips. They give you a larger combo, without asking.

Claimed to DoorDash they prepared food in 3 minutes. It's 10 p.m. so if they had food ready it was definitely not safe to eat. Definitely a complaint going to health department and corporate office.

Unfortunately like some others have mentioned, it's very difficult to order or communicate in English. We got nowhere on a normal Friday afternoon so we just left.

I walk in to get pick up an order and I couldn't get help for a while. Once I finally got someones attention they decided to walk out while I was speaking. This staff is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and they don't have employees that speak enough English to communicate with customers.

They need to put staff who don't move from the order box because even if they see that you are waiting to order, the person who is there to serve you prefers to eat by talking to the girls in the kitchen and until he decides, he approaches you to take your order.

if i could give it a zero i would but ill give it a one for now. probably the worst service i had at jack for a while. I went for a take out and i forgot to order another drink so i went back to the front and i just saw the guy just staring at me and so did the lady. This is where i find it rude as heck a customer came in and he didn’t even acknowledge me when i was right in front. The guy proceed to take the order of the guy and then walked away. At this point im frustrated cause what type of service is that.

May 22nd at 8:30 store was closed. Door is locked. Nobody answered the intercom, and I didn't see any employees in there and they did not answer their phone. I had a grubhub pickups.
