Kids working the drive thru were extremely rude and need to learn some custom service. We asked for a minute to decide, and then they tried to rush us to order because there was one other person in line behind us at 10pm. Drove off and left without ordering and won't be back to this location.

My husband went thru the drive thru and the cashier didn’t give his card back to him, she left it on the card machine and our card also paid for the person behind him. Mistakes happen but this was very scary for us because when we noticed we immediately called the store many times and couldn’t get through. He had to immediately drive 15 miles back to the location then back to the store the next day to get our money back so they could figure out what happened. They made it right with us and we thank you for that but the phone issue needs to be rectified!!

And I had a terrible experience at your restaurant on Friday August 4, 2023 (10:52 pm) The young man taking my order was mocking/rushing me by counting out loud over the mic. I asked "one second" for Time to look at menu, and he started counting immediately. He then told me "you can go somewhere else asshole." I am extremely offended by the treatment I received from this employee. I was hungry, it was hot outside, and all I wanted was food. Not only did it make me angry but I had to go somewhere else to get food. I did not deserve to be disrespected like this and I will not come back to this location or order from here on door dash again. I would like for him to be fired because people like this are immoral and can't be trusted by society.

Don't go here it's the worst food. We just got home and they gave is our spicy chicken sandwich COLD. OUR 2 TACOS COLD NOT FRESH. CURLY FRIES WERE NOT CURLY JUST BITS AND PIECES OF FRIES. NOT 1 SIGLE FRY HOT OR FRESH. THEY SERVE FOOD THATS BEEN PREPARED WAY AHEAD OF TIME THATS LEFT UNDER YHE HEAT LAMP TO KEEP LITTLE WARM. IF WE DIDNT LIVE IN PLANO WE WOULD DRIVE BACK BUT ITS LATE. TOMORROW I WILL TAKE A DRIVE TO TALK TO MANAGER AND CALL CORPORATE ASAP. BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY.
