Rude employee. Won’t be back. I’ve never been to a sub shop where you couldn’t get a hot sub. I asked for two hot number sevens. He said the health department wouldn’t let you heat the deli meat along with raw product. I was confused because I thought if you ran a griddle at the proper temperature, everything you cook on it is safe, how could that be a problem? In my confusion, I said, “what do you mean by raw product? “ He swung around and threw a drawer open and grabbed a stack of some kind of patties with paper between them and thrust it out for me to see up close and said “ this!!!” He made no attempt to explain how you would address the new health policy and adapt a new way to heat the sandwiches, so I can get my two heated number sevens. We dropped our chips and walked out. I own a retail business and to maintain success it’s crucial to treat your customers with respect. I have a one strike policy about mistreating a customer. I’m not suggesting that should be your solution but I do suggest an attitude adjustment. We used to be regular customers there.

Kevin & every person on his team today (5/25) were rockstars! Not every Jersey Mike’s location is as stellar as this. We play a lot of travel baseball & it’s important to be able to get in & out & have our sandwiches made right. These guys worked hard, quickly, efficiently & with positive attitudes that were contagious in the best of ways. Way to go store owner/operator/managers & staff!

This shop gave me less “avocado spread” than mustard. I ordered fresh avacado for an additional charge. When I asked, they said they don’t give avacado slices as shown in image on their app and and rather mash it and spread it on the bread.

The team at Jersey Mikes in Murphy TX is the best!!! Period. All the employees provide great customer service. They are FANTASTIC at making a great sandwich! I’m from Philly and it’s like being home🦅😊. I will always have lunch at this store whenever I am nearby. Great work everyone! Thanks for always making it special.✨👍✨✨✨✨

I just had the worst experience at this location. The worst part of it all, is that I usually go out of my way to visit this location due to great food and customer service. I entered the store at 8:52pm (I get it, you guys close at 9pm). I was very specific to the young man regarding my order, #7, white bread, mikes way with no onions, banana peppers, mayo and pickles. While he was building my sandwich another person rushed me to the register to pay while the other person worked on my sandwich. I didn't think much of it as I drove home as they always get my order just right. Little did I know that the sandwich was full of jalapenos, almost more jalapenos than the other veggies. I am allergic to jalapenos. This really is one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I get it, everyone wants to go home asap after work, I do the same. But if you say you are open until 9pm, I suggest that you listen to your customers and treat them right if they enter your restaurant during open hours. Jersey Mike's really is the best sandwich shop out there in my opinion, but you guys just made me realize that I will avoid your location at all costs.

Service has gone way down hill. They had four people working there and no one greeted anyone that was waiting there or me and more people came in and they kept giving on with to go orders and didn't say anything to people in line. I ended up just leaving.

1st time visit. Staff energetic and engaging. Guy turns out a Philly cheese steak in record time and says it'll be the best I've ever had. Not sure about that, but the confidence.... respect! And I will say, I did love that sammy! I'll be back.

The staff is very kind and attentive. l've never had to wait a very long time, even in a setting where the restaurant is busy. I've never had any problems with the cold subs because they are consistent. But, sometimes the hot subs can be inconsistent. For example, sometimes I will get either too many veggies or not enough of them. One time I got a bunch of burned chicken and burned veggies. Don’t mean to be overly critical but just check the subs before you wrap them up and serve them.
