As I was approaching the front desk, I was greeted a very intoxicating man with a distinct scruffy bead whom seemed to be taking his job very unserious. I believe this individual’s name was Eric, or at least that’s what his coworkers called him. This “Eric” individual’s aura ruined my perception of this dining establishment and thus ruined my appetite. I’m not sure I can come back to this establishment till I am confirmed that a proper action was taken.

Placed a order online my sandwich was not toasted, NO lettuce or tomato,NO jalapenos & taste horrible ??? will never eat @ Murphy location even again this store needs to be closed immediately.Can't wait to get back to Maryland to get the perfect Philly cheese steak sandwich with all the trimmings just like you ordered it.

Please avoid visiting this place if you follow the Muslim faith or have dietary restrictions. As a Muslim, I cannot consume beef, so I ordered the chipotle chicken cheesesteak with the expectation of receiving a sandwich containing only chicken. However, upon reaching home, I discovered that my sandwich had both beef and chicken mixed together. I returned to the establishment to express my concerns and receive a replacement, albeit reluctantly. The entire experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I have decided not to visit this place again, as their service was exceptionally poor. What aggravated the situation further was that the staff invalidated my experience by explaining that sometimes the chicken appears dark due to over grilling. However, in the attached picture, it is clear which portion is beef and which is chicken. The girl at the end of the counter disrespectfully handed me my food, while the male worker was more understanding. I am extremely frustrated and will definitely not be returning. If I could rate this place with 0 stars, I would do so without hesitation.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is garbage. I will never go back. Staff was talking about a guy that has been stealing food/or scamming while myself and other people were in the store. To top it off, the manager I believe came over to our table and asked what was in my kids water cup. I filled it with water and a bit of lemonade to give it some flavor which made it pink. He comes over and says "these are for water only" and takes my kids cup out of her hand!!!! My kid didn't understand why that happened.What kind of service fast food place does that to a kid??? Yes could I have just done water without a splash of lemonade, but what gives that man the right to come near my child in her face and take a cup out of a 5 year old's hand and intimidate a small little girl? How dare he come up to my family like that and just walk away.What kind of service fast food place does that to a kid? I am disgusted at the lack of customer service and rudeness displayed by your organization. I will be filing a complaint with your corporate office.

Their sandwiches taste so good and they are so generous with the protein. The employees were super nice and I will definitely be back again.
Younger guy, curly black hair, scruffy beard. No good. Smelled like alcohol. Took forever to comprehend my order. It was Mike’s way without the circles. Won’t be comming back here. My experience showed me that management here is not taking discipline seriously and clearly only makes it run.

Online order not ready on time which seems to be a consistent thing at this store. They no longer have a dedicated online order pickup area so you can no longer walk in and quickly grab your food. Was told this was attributed to theft but seems unlikely for the area.
