I am not the person who writes reviews normally. But the mid aged asian guy who looks like the owner is very very rude. He did not even ask what drink we want. He just brought cold water. He literally threw the chopsticks. He did not ask or even say anything. I read similar reviews like mine. I will never go back there. He ruined my day.

Decent sushi for fair prices, however, service needs improvement. One of the male servers was not very patient. He came to grab our order and rudely interrupted someone at our table by poking them and saying “I’m waiting” even though it wasnt her turn. Whole time felt like us being there was just a burden. One of the female servers however was extremely kind and warm.

I am generally not one to leave reviews, but I feel like Kenzo Sushi truly deserves one. I have been coming to this wonderful place for many years, and I have to say that it has ruined so many other Japanese restaurants for me.
They have set the bar so high that every time I go to another Japanese restaurant I end up leaving there with the same thought, “It wasn’t Kenzos.” The food at Kenzo Sushi is in my opinion some of the best, most authentic Japanese food you can find. In Murphy, Plano, Richardson, hell it even beats Japanese food in Las Vegas. The atmosphere is comfortable, and I have never had poor service. If you haven’t been to this establishment, you’re missing out.

This place has a very homey and quiet element from its decorations and food which I loved as I hate busy and loud environments. The food came out good and my companions were thoroughly satisfied. They had the spicy tuna and salmon crunchy rolls and the temptation rolls which I did not try but based from their opinions, the rolls were good. My friend also had the ramen which he liked while I had the curry chicken katsu which was just okay to me. It’s also important to consider that I don’t eat Japanese food at all so I can’t really go into much detail other than this experience. One thing people may find issue with though is the service as when taking our order, the man did not talk to us choosing to only nod. Some may find this rude but I was okay with it as I enjoyed the “quietness” of the building in addition to food coming in at a decent time. Overall, Kenzo is a place I would consider going again for its quality food and quiet atmosphere.

Very friendly, family run restaurant. Their sushi chef is amazing (I've had sushi in many places, incl Japan}. They offer nagiri, sashimi, rolls as well as ramen and other non-fish dishes as well. I'm biased by my love of sushi, but for me, it's the best restaurants in Murphy and one of the best sushi places in the Are.
Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming to children.

The food is amazing I got the Grand Canyon and it was so good it is pretty small but they come immediately to get your drinks and your food comes fast and at the end they give you ice cream and they got art everywhere especially anime characters
Kid-friendliness: They are really nice to the kids and have them some Japanese soda and they loved it and they got ice cream at the end and were stoked about it

Real local restaurant! It's really delicious because all the ingredients are fresh and have a good texture. The owner and his wife are really friendly and nice. It's Japanese food that I tried in Texas, USA, but here I get to experience a taste that I couldn't experience even in Japan. I had a good time. thank you!

This is the worst ramen I’ve ever had in my entire life. Me and my husband got this to go and it was really saltyyyyy and noodles were all clumped. We couldn’t eat our food and threw it away!
