Kolache Factory

Using their website I was unable to my gift card, so I could not order in advance. Because the order was only for two, I took a chance and drive to the Murphy TX site. Not to worry! All the items I wanted (specific kolaches and strudel) were available. Given the distance of my drive home, I was provided directions regarding how to heat them optimally using a microwave oven after I got there. Again, no problem, and the strudel was still crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The kolaches were a good size and three were enough to fill me. The counter person was sweet (I'm 70) and gracious in every area in dealing with me. And to make the positive experience perfect, the nutrition facts for their items are in the Google Fitbit app. I LOVED THIS PLACE and expect to be back. Highly recommended.

Delicious!

Food is good but I went there at 12PM on a Monday, doors open, store open, but not a single employee inside? I even yelled hello and there was no response so I just left and had to go get food somewhere else.... weird.

Nice and clean inside, and very friendly employees. The kolaches were delicious and fully packed. Warmed up or not, it's great and I will be going back more often.

This is my first time here so I can't speak for the whole menu. However, the bacon egg and cheese and Ranchero are delicious 😋. This is a good twist to something familiar. The Ranchero has a good spice level so if you are not to fond of spicy This one isn't for you. I will definitely be back. I will update as I try different options. Give them a try and be your own critic.
