Great experience at this location! The staff member who helped us was super chill, friendly, and went above and beyond. The app wouldn’t let me apply my redeemed points for an upgrade, but he still acknowledged it and made sure it was added to our order smoothly. He was also incredibly kind to our son and really made his day. Amazing customer service!

There were TWO separate strands of hair in my drink. I was just going to ignore the first one but there was a SECOND strand of hair. The girl who made my drink had hair that is waist-length too. The drink tastes fine haha but the two strands of very lengthy hair are really grossing me out.

It was nice the last time I came here and I was happy, but this time when I came I was busy and calling someone and my son had to order. He asked for an oreo slushie and he paid, then he got the order. The problem was that when he tasted it, it tasted like more of a milk tea than an actual slush. He told the cashier that there was something wrong with the slush, but she didn’t necessarily believe him. He went back to our table in shame, and we went back home.
If you can’t even remember how to make an order or what it is, why even make it and ruin someones day?

Quality is really bad. Just had 3 boba tea (Oolong, strawberry and Thai milk tea). Their boba is way too hard. And it’s so sweet that as if it is made in syrup. I would never go back.

I ordered ahead an hour before and the guy only started making the drink once I arrived and told him my name, then he didn’t even make it correctly so I felt like I wasted my time here for nothing. When I told him this was not what I ordered, he just said they were out of the ingredients for that drink…then why even offer the option online? Keep in mind it was 3PM so nowhere near closing time. He also screwed up the basics, I ordered 30% sweet, less ice and he made it way too sweet with too much ice, and barely added any crystal boba (that he made me have to sub in from what I originally wanted, which was the regular brown sugar boba, but they were “out”)…
Absolute joke especially for the price, will not be returning.

Quality is really bad here. Ordered a brown sugar milk tea and the boba were super hard and my wife's herbal milk tea was soft. You'd think they would have been consistent being that it was all in the same order. The brown sugar milk tea had this artificial herbal flavor almost to the point of tasting really chemically. Both were discarded despite being still full and this wasn't the first time. I'm not entirely sure why we gave it another shot.

I had an amazing experience at Kung Fu Tea! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Kyle made the whole process smooth, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The customer service was top-notch, and I’ll be returning! I got the Honey Milk Tea and I love it.

Got a taro milk tea and that wasnt terrible, tasted like the ones you can make from the cheep powder from Walmart. My friends got thai milk tea and they said it tasted sour and wrong. My friends little sister got strawberry milk tea and i think if i took a bigger sip i would have gotten a headache. All of the tea tastes off and i really hope they work on that. Other than that the atmosphere is great and the worker was nice so its a shame the tea sucks.
Stopped in at Kung Fu Tea and it was really good. They’ve got a ton of flavors, but I went with the mango snow and it was damn good. Cool vibe inside too with some games around, just a chill spot overall.

Ordered a yogurt green tea on 7/23 only to find out when arriving to the store that they could not make the drink. I was offered another drink or refund and accepted the refund but I was still charged for the drink with no refund.
Edit: never got the refund after being reassured when going back to the store to ask about it, so I was forced to go through my bank to get the refund 🤦♂️

The drinks here are noticeably watered down and lack flavor—it’s hard to enjoy. Compared to the Plano store, the quality is much worse. Definitely not worth the visit.
