Playground is always clean and my kids love it. Food is typical McDonaldâs. Unfortunately me and other customers are almost always missing items. This has happened on multiple visits. Possibly a training issue. Hopefully they get it fixed.

Donât go! Agreeing with other reviewers. Terrible customer service! Yes, Iâm old and hard of hearing BUT!! Iâm still a paying customer. No respect. 4 employees at the pickup window, milling around in confusion after I sent back the wrong order. Poor training. Lack of courtesy. A true disgrace to the McDonaldâs brand and another black mark for attempting dining/take-out in Murphy.

This is the absolute worst mcdonalds on earth. The service was so bad at the start of the initial ordering. The lady was very rude and had an attitude because we were wanting to order more food. Then it got even worse when we got to the window with the Hispanic lady handing us our food. She didn't even know what order we had we had to tell her and was rushing us at the same time. Then we asked for more sauce and she said rudely its in the bag and then slammed the door in our face. We waited for her to come back after five mins for more sauce and she just threw it at us. We brought it to the manager attention and she didn't seem to care to much. Do your self a favor and never come here. They are rudest employees who don't care. They would prefer to be miserable in their jobs and ruin everyones day. McDonalds should be ashamed of the employees they have working at this location. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered ahead on the app for curbside pickup, only ordered a single mcchicken. Waited half an hour at curbside pickup, nobody ever came out so I just left. Do NOT order curbside here, they do not care.
