We have been going here for years. The food quality has gone really down. Everytime I order something online and pick it up, there is ALWAYS something wrong. When I've called to let them know, it's like they brush me off. I used to love this place. The first time, it happens , the second time annoyed and decided to give them another chance. The third time (last night) the food was not good and I'm very sad because I used to love this place.

So the video is what was served for a kids cheese ravioli. You can’t serve that to a kid (lawsuit waiting to happen if they don’t start transferring that to a different plate after it is cooked for kids). 20+ minutes of the ravioli sitting there it was still too hot.My food was good, pizza was good. Service time could be improved, got really close to just leaving before the order was taken (15-20 mins after drinks), and was ready to have our food to go when it finally came out.Someone for the love of Italy clean the ceiling fans!!!! Maybe even have someone clean the exposed duct work too.

It is so hard to find good NY style pizza and this restaurant definitely makes me feel like I’m back at home! Just the right amount of sauce, and cheese! Definitely found my favorite pizza place!!

Food we ordered for the most part was delicious. I ordered baked ziti and minestrone soup. He ordered canneloni. Fried cheese for app, nothing special. The marinara sauce yummy. Friends ordered pizza and it was ok. Dessert, tiramisu, cannoli and cheesecake all so good! Service was ok. We were only ones in there and server was slow. Just visiting the area and came bc heard about from coffee walk. Will prob eat here again.

First timer... never to return! It's a quaint little place, and we looked forward to dinner. The server had zero personality and really appeared to not want to be there. The food was not spectacular, as a matter of fact, it tasted like hospital food or previously frozen... thawed and served! We had lasagna and spaghetti & meatballs. There is nothing memorable about either of the dishes. However, the salad with house dressing was delicious, as was the bread... not worth returning for. It took forever to get our meal, once our meal was delivered, no one ever checked on us (The staff were all on their phones - see picture). So when we were ready to go, we had to wave down someone and get their attention to ask for our check. A man came over to ask if everything was OK ... I shrugged my shoulders and then said, "are you the manager" he said "yes," we told him our concerns and then told him we probably wouldn't be back. He said "OK" and walked away. As we watched him walk away, he went behind the bar and begin talking to another server, and I immediately knew that he shared our conversation because that server immediately turned her head to look over at us! #HighschoolBehavior. I don't like sharing negative posts, but This One definitely deserved it! Everyone has a bad night now and then it was just too much all at once!

On the hunt for better pizza and still haven't found it. I'm learning that Lisanti food service gives everyone in this area ingredients and so the pizza is all the same crust and bland toppings. The restaurant was empty on a Friday night. I ended up paying $21 for a large pizza. The chicken Alfredo portion was so disappointing--a half filled tin, although the amount of chicken was reasonable. My husband literally thought I had eaten half on the way home haha. He called the owner who was more than understanding about the issue. The best thing was the garlic rolls that came with my pasta. I think I ordered the stromboli some months back and it was actually good--so I wanted to try it again, but now I've decided this place maybe isn't for me. The interior is cute.

We came here around 8:30 PM on a Friday night, so we might have caught them at an off time, but the food just did not amaze me. The pizzas were fine. Just a little bland. NOTE: they close at 10 PM (not 11 PM like the website says).

Placed an order to go. No silverware to go how they expect to eat my meal. Called restaurant and who ever is on shift told me that it's by request. Well let me tell you im a restaurant manager, abd if it's an order to go by logic should be with the order or your budget is so tide. Horrible service. It was my first time buying from this place and my last.

My family and I have always enjoyed Niki's. The owners and servers are wonderful as is the food. Great food and atmosphere.
My husband and i went on a date here. The shrimp Alfredo was seriously the best I have ever had! ? the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the service was amazing. Definitely will be returning again.

Was a miss, big. Not busy, plenty of wait staff. Seated quickly, got bread promptly, however, after over 20+ minutes and no one ever returned to take our order (I'm not going to track someone down, sorry) we walked out to find another restaurant that was attentive enough to take our order and serve us food!!
