Nothing Bundt Cakes

Ok! so I love your bundt cakes. We especially love the double chocolate chip one. However this time we decided to try the 10 inch oreo cookies and cream for my wifes birthday and boy we made a big mistake. When I think cookies and cream you would think there is cream inside but it was so dry, not creamy at all and way too sweet. I do not recommend the oreo cookies and cream.

Kamdile was very rude and didn’t bother to even help. Had to call a manager James before we could get good service and after kamdile checked us out it couldn’t even bother to hand me my cakes… 0/10 customer service girly

Got an 8-inch carrot cake and found a chunk of something that looks unfamiliar. Not what I expected from a $30 cake. We usually like the cakes here but this looks concerning and we will have to rethink buying cakes from this location again.

Ordered through UberEats but it was nothing short of perfection. I’ve had it before but it was many years ago. I ordered the Chocolate Chocolate Chip (ordered two to take advantage of the 2 for 1 deal they had going on) and ordered a Carrot Cake and a Lemon Cake. Absolutely amazing! Every delicious bite was rich and moist. Like it had just been made. I ordered the Smaller size. But not the mini ones. Will be returning for sure! I’d add a picture but my fat ass scarfed em down.

I was there to pick up a delivery, saw the delivery on the shelf? Went to go get it. The child at the counter did not want me to grab. It kept saying she'll help me in a moment. And just wasted my time when I could have just grabbed my order.

I love the cakes! I passed by this Murphy location and asked if any red velvet cakes were still available and she said yes if I can get there by 8pm. I told her I am making a u-turn now and had just passed the store. She locked the door in front of me.
I can't access the NBC listens because it requires an order number.

Visited this place more times than I can count. Great service with a wonderful sweet product plus some interesting niknacks around the store. Great for grab and go or to customize for an event or birthday party. I recommend checking out once or twice a month for the seasonal flavors.

Dietary restrictions: Initially they did not offer gluten free or I didn't notice but a family friend pointed it out where we are able to add that dietary restriction option for them.

Ordered and paid for 5 cup cakes, received only 3. Just checked the bag later at home for my surprise. Don't trust this store anymore. Tried to call, no one answered
