i booked for a pickup order 4 days before the pickup date and they lost my order receipt. they didn’t tell me until i got there so i got all the wrong stuff and they didn’t explain what exactly happened or why it happened. it was a massive inconvenience and when i asked for clarification, they gave me heavy attitude for NO REASON and it was so annoying to go through that for a mistake they made

Since this is a place I normally pickup deliveries for, I had to try their cakes to see what all the hype was about... It's now become one of our favorite cakes when we want some dessert! The flavors on these cakes are so good, and all the different kinds are delicious! Their decorations are great too. Staff is always so nice & helpful as well!

kelly was rude to me and i heard that she lies to employees about raisses and demands employees to work off the clock. there have been instances where mold had been found on certain cakes and this should be investigated by osha

Great Cupcakes. A real treat and I feel good about giving these to special friends and relatives. I was running behind today and was not going to make it before they closed. I told them it was for my mom’s 85th birthday. They agreed to wait until I got there. You just don’t see that kind of service very often anymore. ThankYou! ❤️?. And, as expected, they were a hit

Yelp 100 - #23March 24, 2023Nothing Bundt Cake never disappoints. I came to this location during my lunch break and was able to be in and out within 15 minutes. The women at the register was very helpful. I ordered a two confetti and one was placed in a decorative bag with a birthday popper, two oreo cream and one strawberry cream. Their oreo is a new flavor so it is pretty popular but my favorite it the classic lemon, red velvet, or confetti. My cakes were delicious and I will be sure to return.

I paid $40 for a 10 inch red velvet cake and it was AWFUL!! NO ONE ENJOYED IT AT ALL and it was the only birthday cake....what a disappointment ?
