Panera has pretty good food if they ever have anything in stock. If you're going to pay $20 for half a sandwich and a cup of soup it would be nice if you actually got all the ingredients. Here's a list of things. They are out of stock today... Avocado, turkey, yogurt, flatbread pizza, apple chips for their salad... That's as far as I got before we just left

The world is in bad enough shape as it is, why do the employees of this panera have to make it worse by screwing over customers? Passive aggressive staff that seem pissed they have to work, They steal from you by not giving you the portions you pay for (seriously, why are you being shiesty with food that isn't even yours?) and you can tell when they did something wrong cause they try to rush you out of the window/store. What's wild is they don't care. Based off the reviews of this location you can tell the staff know they're screwing people over and are totally cool with it. Avoid.

Open mouth watering great taste pleasant hungry to the senses. All different varieties cute looking different ?? breads. Nice open wide view looking to outside. Light and bright. Very clean and organized. Located on the corner easy to find. A plus restaurant with pleasant designs. Open fully available parking. Food especially bread skillful and artistic prompt temperature made mouth watering.

Two times before yesterday I tried to wait in line to ask questions and the person behind the counter spent over 10 minutes with one customer going back-and-forth around the counter. I finally just placed an order and when I got it both times the lettuce was not fresh like it used to be I did the quick order yesterday drive-through, and although it was quick, the order was not correct. The sandwich that I ordered was different than what I ordered. I will not be going back to Panera

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this place. The person who took my order was unpleasant and unhelpful, making the overall service subpar.
Woman taking orders is not well trained. She is very slow. I soon i. Line 10 minutes with one person in front of me. Last week help the person in front of me and then went to the back and never came back. I had to call out for help.

I ordered thru the app and asked if they could load up my chicken salad sandwich bc i’ve gotten a very sad sandwich before thru the app but last night (when I wrote the special note) they really hooked my sandwich up and made it a proper chicken salad. THANK YOU SO MUCH that’s good service right there <3

Wow, how Panera has gone down hill as a value restaurant. $13 for a "warm bowl" that was only 1/4 full. Mostly rice. Overpriced Salads have also shrunk.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free bread/pastry options.
