First time experience here , upon entering everything looked cleaned and very open. I have been craving pho and was super excited to try this place in Murphy , I ordered a mango boba tea which was waaayyy to sweet to the point where I had to order a water to water it down because I wanted to enjoy the drink, my significant other had the Thai tea which was way to sweet he took a couple sips and that was it . I order the large chicken pho which was great broth I loved the spicy chili sauce they have at the table and I ordered a side of chili oil , he got the large beef broth which was also great broth and then we shared the shaken beef plate (6/10)and shrimp spring rolls (9/10)which were fresh and the peanut sauce that it came with was warm I prefer cold . The meat in both the chicken and beef pho were very tender (10/10).. Everything was going great until my significant other saw a little hair in his beef pho , I brought to the front to show whom I’m assuming she was one of the owners of this establishment and she immediately said it came from my shirt or my eyelash which this pho bowl was not even mine. Customer service is very important , instead of putting the blame on the customer immediately take another approach with grace as these things do happen behind the kitchen doors and it’s ok . But however it did put a bad taste in my mouth and that being said I’m not sure we would come back to this restaurant for further options . However , they asked if he wanted another beef pho but at that point his appetite was gone and they took it off the bill.

I've come multiple times before, I mainly order the Chicken Pho and it is very good! However their website has changed, I am unable to see their full menu. Unsure if this is an error, but there are only a couple of options available from their website. If this could be fixed that would be perfect! As I can not pronounce anything, and would like to order with the numbers and letters. Thank you!

We’ve been going here just about once a week for years. The pho is why we come but we just tried the garlic beef noodles and sheesh! I’m craving it rn! The family who owns and runs this place are great and we love coming to support their business!

We had the special Pho. Easily one of the best bowls of pho that I have ever had, and I have tried a lot. The broth was rich, deep in flavor yet clear, and it had a shiny beautiful layer of beef tallow. Their beef was the highest quality and the aroma of beef bone marrow combined with spices was irresistible. Can’t wait to try it again someday.

It's one of my favorite restaurants! The owners are always there to personally greet you. We've been going since they opened and we still go there delicious food and drinks. Lots of gluten-free options here. Love that I'm able to bring my friend who has celiac and she can safely enjoy their food too. We are always greeted with a smile and treated like family every time we stop by. Food is always freshly prepared and sooo delicious!!!
