Sandwiches were very tasty and extra stuffed with meat, cheese and lettuce and tomato. The bread/bun was delicious, nice and chewy.

I made a review of this restaurant over a year ago complaining that the only bread being offered at the time was sourdough. No rye or jalapeno. The owner answered my complaint and stated rye was not being offered in any of the restaurants so he didn't offer it in his restaurant either and apologized because they must have just been out of the jalapeno bread.
To be honest, we have not been back even though we live right down the road in Sachse, we love these establishments but usually go to the ones in Dallas when we are near one of those.
Tonight my wife had to work late and ask me to run up and grab a smoked turkey on jalapeno bread at this Murphy location and I was going to grab a regular on rye which I normally order.
I was told while in the drive-thru that this restaurant ONLY offers sourdough and no other type. I asked if they were just out of the other two type and the young lady on the speaker was very nice and said no, we offer no choice other than sourdough.
This is REALLY SAD that I live over here on the east side of the metroplex yet I have to drive to Dallas or Frisco to get a sandwich from one of our favorite restaurants just because the Murphy location is TOO LAZY to offer the other choices like all the other Schlotzsky's in the metroplex !!!!!!
It was about 12:30 in the afternoon when I stopped by for lunch. Waited about 10 mins for someone to take my order but no one ever appeared so I left.
Came in for lunch today. Restaurant is very clean and everything is fully stocked. The food tasted great. The young lady that waited on me did say “how may I help you“ but no eye contact through the entire order. I asked how her day was going and she said fine. All of this is fine. Many young people don’t know how to provide good customer service unless they are taught. She took my order and I paid. Shortly after, I realized that she had rung up the wrong sandwich. I was able to get a hold of her because she was in the back working and she rang up the correct order. There was no “I’m sorry that that happened“ not a big deal. Mistakes happen. The correct sandwich rung up $.75 cheaper. She did not indicate she was planning on refunding the $.75. Not a lot of money, but it is the principle of it. I had to ask for it. Again, no eye contact and no apology. She went and got a key opened the register and gave me the refund without a word. I will come back because the food is good, but the customer service does need to be better.

Understaffed location in Murphy , they prioritize drive thru over people inside . Rude staff as well
We arrived at 6:30 October 14 and were greeted with a terrible chemical cleaner smell. Then, we were greeted with a very rude girl at the counter. We decided to get a refund on our order and leave. We will not return to the FM544 location. We love schlotzsky's, but never at this location again.
There forcing people to buy an entree on cinnabon $1 national day while other stores are not. Sleezy.
